[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I regret buying this machine. It is absolutely terrible. Sometimes it says it takes two hours to dry clothes and we leave it on all night long and in the morning it is still drying. There’s a defect in this machine because the lint accumulates in the machine and it causes the sensors to malfunction.

Ok… like you I read reviews before purchasing the LG All in One washer dryer. I did not heed the warnings. After 3 weeks of use (just my husband and my laundry- light loads), the dryer timer stopped functioning correctly and never turned off. While I wait on resolution, (because there is no LG repairman in my area) I can still use my machine, however, I must put on wash only, then manually set the dryer. The dryer is no longer drying efficiently. Liquid soap dispenser doesn’t always dispense. Cleaning this monster is quite a process. I cannot access one of the filters the directions say to clean because there are NO screws to remove that said filter/coils!!! I’m believing the dryer isn’t as efficient because I cannot access that area at all! What a shame! Purchased in late May. Still waiting for LG to resolve this. I just want a refund.

We bought the washer/dryer combo and was delivered mid September. We really like this unit and impressed with it. We needed more space in our bathroom/laundry room area, and this unit was the perfect solution. We also purchased the pedestal which makes this the right height so we're not bending over to load and unload. While we're still getting used to some of the other features, we have other features down pat. We really like the fact that this one unit washes and dries whatever is in it. Also, the clothes are not hot to the touch when removing, but they are dry. Also using the ThinQ app which is nice as you can see how much longer the load needs to go without having to go to the unit itself. The app reminds you when it's time for the tub clean cycle. The dryer lint being on the top is not an issue for us. We highly recommend this unit as we read all the reviews and Googled for all the information we were looking for prior to making the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new washer and saw this new combo washer/dryer to be a very clever idea. It was priced on sale and I wanted to give it a try. It's a beautiful washer and I was really impressed with the build quality, the inside of the door I believe is thick glass. It had some weight to it and kept it planted on the floor when spinning and is very silent. I mainly needed a new washer and it got my clothes cleaner than my old top load washer. I connected it to my LG Thinq app and realized it had so many more features and options in the app. You fill its detergent and softener tanks and it atuomatically dispenses multiple loads without the hassle of filling up each load, so convenient. I still use my dryer on heavy laundry days but when I need one load done I just throw in a load and forget about it. Wash and dry in one cycle, AMAZING! I throw my daily sweat soaked workout clothes or kids swimsuits in an it washess and drys in one appliance. They're already dry when i need them again, sometimes I forget I did a load. Basically throw it in and forget about it. If you use the dryer feature I suggest you use the fabric softener tank because you wont need to remember to put a dryer sheet in. Remember to clean out the top filter after each use and the bottom one monthly. I was thinking of buying a matching dryer to update the set but not really sure if I even need to, but it is convenient when yo have a lot of loads of laundry to do in a day.

For the first couple months I really liked this unit. However, it stopped drying things completely and it takes several dry cycles to get it even somewhat dry. The timing on the drying cycle would get to five minutes left and would run nonstop until it was manually shut off. Have tried twice to get a work order put in for someone to come out and haven’t gotten a response either time. It’s now conveniently out of warranty too. I will not be buying another one of these ever again.

So far, so good! I tested the AI generated wash cycle first, that was 4-5 hours! Have since switched to the wash+dry cycle, 3.5 hours. So, that’s pretty comparable with my old machines. Lint trap is a breeze to clean. I connected to the LGThinq app and got some custom screens and melodies for the different seasons. It also does not make my laundry room a sauna. Now, I can move my dog beds in there without a worry of them overheating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking into the latest technology I was originally very skeptical when considering to purchasing the unit. Upon receiving the unit I am blown away by the convenience of washing and drying in one streamlined process. I get very worried about leaving washed clothes in the washer when i am at work or at night sleeping as I may forget about putting clothes in the dryer. This eliminates the fear of smell due to the mold that develops when not dried immediately and wakeup/come back home to clean clothes to wear the following day. Another benefit of this laundry machine I've noticed is that it is very quiet, even when the washer spins to dry, I dont know when the washer spins to remove water because it is so quiet. One last observation I have is that this washer spins at a high RPM so that it removes more water than other front load laundry machines I've used. I notice this as I hang dry some of my clothes and have also noticed that my clothes dry quicker when hung dry.

BUY THIS! I have 5 kids and alot of cycles per week and when i say this is the most convenient product ever I mean it. The technology from washer to dryer is just amazing to me i can set it and go and not have to worry about switching from washer to dryer. I do wanna add its super quiet as well since my laundry room is right next to my room i throw in a load wake up and its done!

I bought this unit for my small business and mainly use it for towels and table clothes. I have found that it washes and drys just as effectively as a traditional unit would. I use the standard "wash+dry" cycle and like that I can start a load and leave without having to think about it! The unit has a fairly large drum allowing for larger loads and is perfect for anyone who doesn't have the space for a standard full-sized washer and dryer.

This has been a great washer/dryer combo, especially for my small space. The huge 5.0 cu. ft. capacity has been perfect for getting all my laundry done easily and in under 2 hours. My favorite feature though has been the automatic dispensers for detergent and softener. Not having to measure these and fill the reservoirs every load has been an absolute game changer. It's super convenient overall and would highly recommend!
