[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive got the Washer/Dryer Combo, and has been using it for few months. I love the design and the combo spec that allows you to complete everything at once. It will wash and dry all at once, but one thing I do not like is that the dryer is super long. I usually do regular Washer/Dryer AI option which is the second main option, but the dryer takes about 3 hrs or long, so in total, it will take 4 hr and half. Also, after the dryer function, the rubber part of the machine has all the dust on it, meaning we would need to clean the parts (interior) every single time we load washer (or it will have all the dust in the washing cycle). Do not understand why it is not collecting the dust out to the dust bin. But i love the Thin Q app, where you can see the status of the load and even select options on the phone

Stick with a traditional dryer unit boys and girls, because the dryer feature on this machine is far from "efficient". "Great Energy Savings" - where? It takes hours to dry a tiny load - no thank you! I thought it was just me - but after reading various other reviews - it seems I'm not the only one - unfortunately. At one point I thought I would just test out the drying feature - I put one DRY t-shirt into the machine and it "sensed" that it would take 1 hour and 34 minutes to dry - what the - it was already dry.... The washing performance it just like any other machine - but I don't think it's dispensing detergent either... I was looking for an upgrade and got a lemon instead....

Not only is this machine a space saver but it's also beautiful and works like a dream! I figured I would need to sacrifice a bit of funtionality when I got this all in one to save space but this machine actually does it all - I was really pleasantly surprised. It holds so much more than I was expecting too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I heard that LG had combined a washer and dryer into a single unit, I was curious to see how both would perform together. I was also excited about the opportunity to reduce clutter from the laundry room. After several days of testing, I am extremely pleased with the results, and I will never go back to separate washer and dryer units again. First of all, there are plenty of wash and dry cycles to choose from, based on what you're cleaning, and whether you want to run a standard cycle, or use the AI sensing built into the unit. I love how AI and smart sensing detects and optimizes the fastest time to clean and dry each load. After several wash and dry cycles, the performance has been consistently great so far. Clothes smell clean and fresh when they come out, and smart drying has worked flawlessly so far (no damp or wet items have needed additional drying time). The AI combined wash/dry setting has been excellent, but individual wash cycles for delicates, permanent press, etc. have performed very well also. This unit will be a big time saver for me, because I no longer have to move heavy wet clothes / bedding / etc. from the washer to the dryer. I also don't have to deal with damp clothing left in the washer indefinitely while I run (and re-run) the dryer until the towels or jeans finally dry. I can plan my day without being tethered to the laundry room constantly. (Where was this years ago?) For the smart home fans, setup and integration with the LG ThinQ app was quick and easy. Removing the old washer and dryer from the laundry room allowed me to add more shelf space for folding and storage, while still decreasing the clutter in the room. The laundry room now looks much larger, and feels both more modern and more functional. 10/10!

We haven’t updated our washer/dryer in YEARS and this was such an upgrade. It has everything you need and makes it so much easier to configure the settings for the clothes you’re washing. Plus its really convenient because you don’t have to transfer clothes from different devices! Its all right there.

Easy to remove lint without flying dust Excellent cleaning effect, including removal of everyday stains Very quiet Cons Slightly larger loads can leave clothes damp after the cycle is complete Quite a bit of lint sticks to the door after it finishes drying, so you can't remove the laundry right away and have to wipe it off with a damp cloth first. Few options make it difficult to adjust the wash time, drying time to my liking

Ours arrived earlier this week and we are loving it. Saving so much space on one unit combined with the countless customizable cycles and we couldn't be happier. Being able to walk away from laundry in the evening and not waking up to smelly damp clothing in the morning is the best. Also love that we can throw our entire king sized bedding set in there and forget it. Thanks, LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the washer on 1/2/24 after unboxing it looks of the sleek color of it and how the face looked was impressive. I started using it and the first load that was done was towels and 12 towels a small kids robe and a mat unit worked great. The dry cycle was a bit long but and the all the towels came out 100% dry which I was impressed. I also used a Tide washer pod in which I do not recommend at the end of the wash cycle there was suds left over in the unit so the easy dispenser works great. DO to the fact that it give the perfect amount of detergent. Also we have used all different settings. found the if energy setting is off it makes the wash cycle much faster. The clothes come out perfectly washed and dried . The thinkq app is a wonderful feature it takes the guessing out of when the load is done. It also has great features for the maintenance of the machine like tube cleans. With a house of 6 people this machine has shown to be a great washer dryer combo the tube is the perfect size and quick to wash and dry .

It does an ok job at drying the clothes, the washer part is stellar but the 2 hour wash and dry marketing is not accurate. I would not recommend this unit as your only laundry set, as blankets take nearly a whole day to dry. It would be ideal as a second washer dryer or for those in small living spaces with access to a laundromat. Expect heavy Lint buildup and regular monthly drain filter cleaning or else you will get drain issues. Be aware that strong smelling detergents and fabric softeners will be very strong in odor in your clothes.
