Using several of the functions already has been with ease. My laundry smells fresher and appears cleaner than it was previously. The machine is quiet, efficient and easy to operate. I like the features that remind you to clean the tub, vent, etc. When using the wash & dry setting, this can be a longer cycle at times, but it's a great function for setting the cycle and not having to switch the loads out. For busy schedules, this setting is wonderful. I tend to use it often when our family is on the go or lack time to be switching loads to and from a dryer. Love the machine!

I bought this unit about a month ago to replace my stacked washer dryer units. It occupies the same space as the previous washing machine without the dryer and gave me the space to install three shelves over the top of the unit to hold my laundry products that were previously in a closet on the other side of the room. It took a few loads of laundry to get used to the additional drying time it required but reducing the wash load size brought the time down to an acceptable level. I added the combo washer to my LG ThinQ app to apply updates and get notifications when the wash load was complete. I like the fact that it runs on standard 115V connection. The wash/dry combo has programmed cycles for most wash loads plus has an option to use AI to detect fabric texture, soil level, and load size. It automatically selects the right functions, temperatures, and detergent amount for each load. I like the auto soap and softener dispenser function. I use the default settings for most features but it is customizable if needed. For just the two of us with average laundry needs it is the perfect machine for us.

As someone who’s always on the lookout for efficient, space-saving appliances, the LG WashCombo™ All-in-One 5.0 has been a game-changer for me. Living in an apartment with limited space, washer/dryer combo has been a life saver! I was impressed by the modern design. It’s compact enough to handle large loads that suits my needs. The fact that it’s ventless was a major bonus for me! No need to worry about installing external venting or taking up extra space with bulky dryer vent hoses. This is especially great for my small apartment where I can’t really afford a separate washer and dryer. In terms of washing, this unit does an excellent job. My clothes come out clean, and the gentle cycles are perfect. That being said, the fact that it’s energy-efficient is a big plus. I’m sure my electricity bills will be a lot less than usual. Btw, the noise level is something that took me a bit to get used to. The spin cycle can get fairly loud, and while it doesn’t bother me during the day, I can imagine it might be disruptive in quieter environments. That’s pretty common though. Mine fits in a closet so when i close it it’s not too bad! Overall, my combo washer dryer has been a solid performer for my apartment living. It’s convenient and efficient. Love my new appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a washer/dryer combo is so convenient for our family! We have three teenagers and four dogs, so lots of laundry gets done in our home. We also have busy careers so not having to remember to transfer the laundry (or remind our teens to) is wonderful. It’s so nice to just use the AI wash feature, our stuff has come out great every time! You also don’t have to put soap in every single time which makes it faster too. The only thing to watch for is when cleaning the lint trap, you have to make sure you slide it back together properly. You also have to be conscious of cleaning out the drain filter occasionally, ours fills up faster because of the dog hair. We love this so much we want to buy a second one!

In all seriousness, this is the best washer and dryer I've ever used! One thing I normally don't like about doing laundry is waiting around to transfer my wet clothes to the dryer - so this lets me start the load and leave the house knowing that it will be dry when I get back! I also LOVE that it doesn't take up as much space as my old washer and dryer duo that took up half of my garage wall. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10.

I was a little unsure about the idea of a combo washer/dryer but it has been amazing. It is extremely easy and intuitive to use. It is a huge improvement over our old front-loading washer, it stays dryer and as a result it is cleaner. The clothes smell better as a result. It is also wonderful because if you start a wash before leaving for work the clothes are dry when you get home (a huge improvement over our old only/not combo washer). We love the AI washer dryer mode which senses the load, calculates the necessary washing and drying time and then dispenses the appropriate amount of soap and fabric softener. We could not be happier with this machine.

Doing laundry used to feel like such a chore, but this machine has turned it into an absolute breeze. The features are incredible and have made the whole process so much easier and more efficient. First off, the detergent and fabric softener reservoirs that dispense based on my preferences and the soil level I've selected are a total lifesaver. No more worrying about using too much detergent—my clothes smell amazing and feel soft every time. I also find I'm not running to the store nearly as often. The AI wash/dry feature is pure magic. It scans the load to determine the amount of water and the perfect cycle time, which helps reduce my electric bill. Before, I used to do a heavy wash for everything, but now, it automatically adjusts. It's so smart, and I love the energy savings! And don’t even get me started on the one-click **wash and dry** option. So convenient! Plus, the **delayed start feature** means I can set it to run whenever it fits into my day, and I don’t have to worry about babysitting it. One of my least favorite things about washing machines is the maintenance, however, the reminder to clean out the filters really helps. It’s easy to forget, but I know it’s so important for the longevity of the machine. LG has made it super simple, with a handy reminder and easy-to-access filters. It's a small thing, but it really shows how thoughtfully designed this machine is. Honestly, I could go on and on about how great this washer/dryer combo is. I haven't even fully explored all the features yet, especially the ones you can unlock with the app! I’m beyond excited to discover even more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off we have A LOT of laundry at our house with 3 kids 6 and under. At this point we’ve ran 8 or 9 cycles. PROS: cleans much better than our old GE brand appliances, looks very sleek, interface is amazing, extremely quiet, our autistic son loves the tub light so he can watch it spinning, and we don’t have to stress about leaving laundry in the washing machine, and it’s very energy efficient and we expect to save money on our energy bill over time CONS: the cycle times do take longer than advertised even running small loads (expect 2.5-3 hours), and large loads have taken 3+ hours So overall there’s not a ton to complain about since doing laundry in separate appliances would take about the same time, and it seems like it’ll hold up with 3+ kids and all their laundry, but I feel like I need to deduct one star since under 2 hours (as advertised) seems unrealistic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing side of the fence gets 5*'s. AI functions get 5*'s, the remote access app is fantastic and gets 5+*'s. The in machine detergent and fabric softener gets 5*'s, soooo many good things about the machine! BUT The Dryer SUCKS and will lead me to return this otherwise fantastic product. As others have said, you can run the machine but they clothes will come out damp. 1-2 more drying sessions MIGHT work, but now you are talking 7-10 hours for a single load. Many times once the dryer is done you open the door and STEAM comes out, meaning the clothes are HOT but not dry. Self help guides tell you to constantly clean the drains, and dryer vents but that does not solve the issue....
