Very quiet and wash and dry in two hours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my new LG combo. It is very quiet. I live in an apartment on the third floor and I was concerned about noise and vibrations. It is also true to the advertising - I can wash and dry in two hours. I spent the extra $$ for the large capacity and the heat pump. It came damaged on the back and with some scratches and scuffs on the top and I would like to address that. Apart from that I'm very satisfied. I chose it over the GE similar product based on my research and am very satisfied so far.

Meh.

Not sure I'm loving this unit. I love that it washes and dries. I love that it's aesthetically pleasing and saves on space... But, it only seems to be able to do small loads effectively and we've already had an issue with the electronics. Also, our clothes don't smell super clean when they're done.

Works Great

This is a great product, if you understand its design. If you are single, (like me), or just have smaller laundry loads most of the time and limited space, this is a great option for you. The Wash cycles have so many pre loaded cycles like jeans, towels etc., that it makes it easy to find what fits your laundry. I have been using pods for my detergent, but the dispenser system seems very high tech. How does it dry? Like it is designed. It will not dry like the conventional electric or gas dryers, but it is efficient when you realize it is using a small heat pump for drying, just keep the filters clean! use the wash + Dry function and go about your day!

Hello, Steve! We’re glad to hear how well your LG Washer Dryer Combo is fitting your lifestyle. The compact design, smart cycle options, and heat‑pump drying really shine when you understand how it’s built to work, and it’s great that the Wash + Dry function keeps your day moving smoothly. Keeping those filters clean is definitely the secret to getting the best performance out of it. For more feedback or questions, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. So far so good!

I was #gifted this product as part of a promotion on social media but the thoughts expressed here are based on my own personal experience with the WashCombo over the last month since I installed it! This unit was the right fit for the super small laundry space that we have on the first floor. It works perfectly there allowing for the rest of the space to be used as storage. It also does not require you to hook it up through a vent, as the water from the drying process is pumped out of the drain line (genius!). The first few loads came out smelling a little like rubber from the gaskets but that resolved quickly. I have run loads of different sizes (about one per day) and the dry times have varied from 2 hours for smaller loads to 3 hours for medium size loads to 4 hours for towels. One of my favorite things is putting in the wash before bed and waking up to my laundry being finished! I know everyone wants instant gratification these days but even at a wash/dry cycle time of 3 hours I can get 4-5 loads of laundry done during waking hours, if necessary (plus one overnight).

All in one ventless combo/space saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent LG washer & dryer combo. replaced a compact washer & 240 ventless dryer. love the fact that I no longer need to use a  240 volt outlet & I don't have to move the clothes from washer to dryer, & it uses a regular 120 volt outlet. clothes don't  come out feeling stiff, & I don't have to clean a condenser & have water drip on top of my washer. it still take a little bit longer than I would like, but also understand that it only runs on 120 volts. love that you can pre fill the detergent & softener dispensers and not have to add to every load as it will dispense automatically. would definitely recommend.

This is so innovative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this washer dryer combo for about a month now and we absolutely love it. It does such a great job of drying their clothes every time we were skeptical at first, but overall we absolutely love it. The only thing we’ve kind of noticed is that that bigger? The load the longer it takes so just plan accordingly.

Unit continues to dry indefinitely - dangerous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the unit is functioning properly, it washes and dries well. That said, as others have noted, often the unit will get “stuck” in the dry cycle and run indefinitely until manually paused. The clothes are dry and the unit is extremely hot, but it continues to dry without stopping. This is extremely worrisome and dangerous.

The all-in-one model is so handy

An all-in-one laundry unit is just about as handy as it sounds. It does take quite a long time for a wash & dry cycle to run (around 2.5-3 hours depending on the load size and type) but that's worth it to me for not needing to remember to switch the load after washing and probably forgetting and having to rerun it! Our ideal laundry layout also never really meshed with where the dryer vent and special outlet were, so being able to plug this right into a regular outlet and not have the ugly silver vent line running across the room has been really nice, plus the extra space saved where the stacked unit used to be!

Life changing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Review We are blown away with how amazing this machine is! As a busy mom with full-time work, a house full of people and animals, and a raging case of ADHD, the All-in-one has made laundry less stressful by far! We fill it more than 10 lbs, for a longer cycle and still are more productive than the traditional machine style! No more waking up with wet clothes still waiting to be dried. It keeps out mornings moving, and everyone happy! Another thing we noticed is how much pet hair is collected each load, it’s amazing how much cleaner our clothes look! I’d recommend this to anyone who is looking for less stress in their laundry routine, it’s only been a week since we got it, but it’s been a great week!

Space-saver and time saving!

The LG all in one has far exceeded my expectations! I love how much space is saved by only having one machine that does both the washing and drying! It has also made my life so much easier and makes doing laundry less of a chore! I love that I can just put in a load of laundry and forget about it for 2-3 hours instead of having to go back and forth with flipping the load every wash and dry. The machine also has built in AI smart sensors that helps with dispensing the right amount of detergent based on the load (I never know how much to use) and helps with determining how long a washing/drying cycle should be. The LG Thin Q app makes it pretty convenient to control the load from my phone so I can start the load at anytime and get notified of the status of the load without ever having to go near the machine! Prior to the LG all in one combo, I wasn't a fan of washer/dryer combos because I've heard that the drying capabilities don't match up to standalone dryers but that concern was immediately gone after doing the first load. It might be even better especially with the AI sensors that automatically detect how long the load needs! I also like how they have an easy lint removal filter that doesn't require me to use my hands to dispose of the lint! I was also pleasantly surprised at how quiet the machine was! After this, I don't think I can go back to doing laundry with standalone machines, not when I can easily do everything from one! All in all, I would highly recommend the LG all in one to anyone looking for something that is both time-saving and space-saving!
