An all-in-one laundry unit is just about as handy as it sounds. It does take quite a long time for a wash & dry cycle to run (around 2.5-3 hours depending on the load size and type) but that's worth it to me for not needing to remember to switch the load after washing and probably forgetting and having to rerun it! Our ideal laundry layout also never really meshed with where the dryer vent and special outlet were, so being able to plug this right into a regular outlet and not have the ugly silver vent line running across the room has been really nice, plus the extra space saved where the stacked unit used to be!

This laundry washer/dryer combo from LG makes me look like a superstar! I don't have to worry about clothes sitting in the washer for a while - when i press start, it runs and wehn it ends, its dry. You must buy small washer underneath the combo unit. It's super quite and best washer/dryer in the market out there!

As a family of 5, with 3 teen kids active in sports and activities, laundry is never ending. we do won a traditional LG washer and separate dryer that we have owned for over 15 years and still works great. We added this washer/dryer combo and it has effectively gotten my oldest to do her own laundry. No longer are there fights over who uses the washing machine and when. Not to mention having to deal with forgotten clothes in the washer. With the detergent and softener preload feature plus the automatic dry after a wash, doing laundry has been a breeze for the kids. I truly have never seen them be so proactive about their laundry and it has made our lives so much easier. My only complaint is the dryer can take longer than the conventional gas dryer. There have been times when we have to dry for more time because the clothes are damp. Overall, a great addition to our laundry duties and a foolproof process for kids.

This is machine is a life changer! It's so easy, even my 8 year old can wash and dry his own clothes. We often put a load in at night (why is it that the school uniform is always dirty?!?) and wake up to dry clean clothes. I love it so much I'm planning on putting another one in our master closet area. My electric bill has gone down and the clothes are clean and perfect. Yes, a load of towels takes longer but hey...put it in and run errands etc. You don't have to be at home to move it from the washer to the dryer. Simply genius!

So glad I bought this combo machine! I was initially nervous because of older ventless technology I've had before, but this is totally different. LG hit a home run with this product and would definitely recommend to anyone that needs something space-saving or is limited by exhaust options. I used this in a backyard ADU because I was extremely limited on space, but this fit perfectly within the footprint of the kitchen.

This washer was carefully thought of with many different households in mind, if you are in an apartment this is great and if you want more space in laundry room this is definitely the one. You do not need the traditional vent that is used with dryers since it’s self-vented. It’s a bonus when used with LG’S THINK Q app. Since I had already had the app on my device it recognized the washer/dryer and give me clear instructions on how to get it paired and within a few seconds I had the washer/dryer connected. I completely enjoy the convenience of not having to constantly go back and forth to change my clothes from washer to dryer. My favorite feature is the AI wash + dry option this has so far given me the quickest complete wash and dry cycle. The drawers to place the detergent and fabric softer are very easy to open and close. I also enjoy being reminded before each cycle to check for lint. The clothes smell clean and fresh after every load. And I really enjoy the reminder from my THINK Q app to remove the clothes after the washer/dryer has come to a stop. The washer can also be programmed to do a wash only or dry only. This is definitely a futuristic design which I absolutely love.

I'm switching over from a washer and dryer tower, and was worried this combo machine wouldn't adequately dry my laundry. This hasn't been an issue at all. Everything can be washed and dried in 2 hours as advertised as long as the load of laundry is reasonable. I love the ventless design for this product. My old unit was in a small closet, and it was very difficult to clean the duct. Now, I never have to worry about the fire hazard of a clogged duct!
