I bought this unit about a month ago to replace my stacked washer dryer units. It occupies the same space as the previous washing machine without the dryer and gave me the space to install three shelves over the top of the unit to hold my laundry products that were previously in a closet on the other side of the room. It took a few loads of laundry to get used to the additional drying time it required but reducing the wash load size brought the time down to an acceptable level. I added the combo washer to my LG ThinQ app to apply updates and get notifications when the wash load was complete. I like the fact that it runs on standard 115V connection. The wash/dry combo has programmed cycles for most wash loads plus has an option to use AI to detect fabric texture, soil level, and load size. It automatically selects the right functions, temperatures, and detergent amount for each load. I like the auto soap and softener dispenser function. I use the default settings for most features but it is customizable if needed. For just the two of us with average laundry needs it is the perfect machine for us.

We selected the AI wash and dry cycle and did 3 pairs of jeans, 3 shirts, a hooded sweatshirt and some misc socks. The total cycle time was 2:30 min. I had connected it to the ThinQ app so I was monitoring the time left. I was expecting the clothes to be a little damp and not as dry as if they would have come out of our regular dryer. They were totally dry. While we have only done one load it exceeded our expectations. Well done LG!

After a couple of months with our new LG WashCombo Ventless Washer/Dryer, I'm completely impressed by its performance. It matches or surpasses our previous standalone machine, handling large loads effortlessly. The combined wash and dry function saves time, especially for my husband, who often forgets to transfer wet clothes, leading to rewashing. This all-in-one system has eliminated that issue. Features like the auto dispenser simplify detergent use, and the easy-clean filter makes maintenance straightforward. Its ventless design and quiet operation fit well in our limited space. However, using the wash+dry setting for heavy items like towels can extend cycle times beyond three hours. Initially, we noticed a slight rubber smell after drying, but it dissipated after 10-20 cycles. Works just as advertised. Ran many loads of different sizes/types and all came out clean. Occasionally additional drying was needed but that's simple to do. It's nice not needing to move clothes from washer to dryer. Not needing a dryer vent nor a 220-240 volt dryer plug makes this very versatile.

I am still adjusting to being able to "set it and forget it" as I don't have to set reminders to go dig everything out of the washer and put it in the dryer. The large capacity means fewer loads and not having to go to the laundromat to wash comforters. It has handled my king sized comforters with ease. The spinning is incredibly fast and quiet. I'm amazed it can spin so much moisture out, which makes drying more efficient. Great savings on laundry soap as well, since it only needs about 2 Tablespoons per load. My large bottle will last a long time. This is a highly efficient washer/dryer. It takes less space, uses less electricity, soap and water. The LG All in One is a great choice for anyone looking to simplify the laundry process. It really helped me to download and reference the full online manual, but it would be nice if a printed version had come with the machine. I think LG could afford to provide one. I only wish I could turn the drum light on and off during cycles.

Also love it being vent free since it is in the basement and venting would be an issue. Self dispensing of the detergent and softener from the dispensing tanks is also a big plus, we only add detergent and softener every 5-6 weeks on average.

Before using it, I had my doubts about this product - I've had many friends tell me that washer/dryer combo units don't actually dry well. And since this didn't have a vent for drying, I was even more doubtful. But this has definitely exceeded my expectations. Not only does it dry things well, but it was extremely easy to set up. You can plug it in to a normal electrical outlet instead of the usual 30 amp outlet needed for electric dryers. Not needing a vent also reduces the number of tubes that need to be connected. No real special tools or knowledge were needed to install this unit. Lastly, some things that I didn't think were a big deal, but actually make my life easier is the fact that a single cycle gets you clean and dry clothing. Not needing to unload a washing machine to load the dryer is a huge convenience - one of those, now that you experienced it, you don't want to go back to doing it the old way kind of thing. We'll see how long it lasts, but for now, I'm a happy camper

Absolutely love this product. I was floored when I found out you can have a ventless dryer. Also was surprised to see it runs on 120V, so a fancy plug isn't required. Very convenient to set it and forget it,not having to worry about switching laundry over. Also, putting in softener and detergent only when running low is extremely convenient. Machine literally tells you when you need to do anything before starting.

All I need to do is dump the laundry into the tub and press start. Within about 2 hrs, wash and dry is complete and that's it! The design is sleek, space-saving and easy to install. It runs quietly and drying is gentle enough not to damage the clothes. I can remotely control the unit and also get reminders from the app once the cycle is done. With the ezdispense feature you can fill the dispenser once in a while so you don’t have to every time you do the laundry-- how convenient! The auto cleaning condenser is also neat, allowing me to clean the filter without having to touch it! It’s fully equipped with the features that I've always wanted. Highly recommend it.
