This unit is great! Cuts stair climbing time in half because it's all in one! The basket is large sized for a large load if needed. The technology is a breeze to operate & it dries all types of clothes without shrinkage to delicate things! I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these units!!

All I need to do is dump the laundry into the tub and press start. Within about 2 hrs, wash and dry is complete and that's it! The design is sleek, space-saving and easy to install. It runs quietly and drying is gentle enough not to damage the clothes. I can remotely control the unit and also get reminders from the app once the cycle is done. With the ezdispense feature you can fill the dispenser once in a while so you don’t have to every time you do the laundry-- how convenient! The auto cleaning condenser is also neat, allowing me to clean the filter without having to touch it! It’s fully equipped with the features that I've always wanted. Highly recommend it.

I run loads when I leave the house or at night. When I return to the unit it is clean and dry every time. No more wasting time to determine when the load ends, to put into a dryer. The one step process had made me more efficient!

Cons: no steam refresh wrinkle releaser. They have two different modes for wrinkle prevention but none to release them. Problem is that the nature of the wash and dry plasters the cloths to the drum during the spin and sets most of the wrinkles during the dry before the cloths fall off the tub to finished drying. Wrinkle prevention needs to run the old steam refresh routine. Have it notify you saying dry cycle is finished starting wrinkle release. That way if you Want to pull the cloths our you can or you can let it continue with a wrinkle release. Pros. No more smelly cloths left in the washer. Honestly love this thing. Auto dispenses soap so the kids can do thier own laundry and I don't have to get after them to rotate. Super easy to use and so much less tending. Absolutely love it.

I love this machine! With the ezDispense Reservoirs I no longer have to add detergent and softener for each load. It is super quiet and handles big loads much better than my previous unit that would shake terribly when loads became out of balance. My favorite feature is the notification I receive on my iwatch when the load is done. It alerts me through the LG Thinq app so when I am outside or in another part of the house too far away to hear the end of cycle chime l’m still able to get my clothes out and hung up to minimize wrinkles. Also love the extra space I have now in my small laundry room and since the unit is ventless I have much more flexibility with placement. The Tub Clean cycle countdown is really helpful too. I have not used the remote start feature yet but glad to know it is available if I ever need it. Cleans extremely well and is a great fit for our family. It has over 20 program options and is extremely user friendly - and this is coming from someone who isn’t “techy”. A full load took about 2hrs from start to finish. I no longer have to plan my day around remembering to put the clothes in the dryer. This LG washer/dryer combo has been a huge game changer and a time saver for me.
