[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo has a great size capacity for such a small unit. I'm switching over from a washer and dryer tower, and was worried this combo machine wouldn't adequately dry my laundry. This hasn't been an issue. Everything can be washed and dried in 2 hours as advertised as long as the load of laundry is reasonably sized. For extra-large loads of laundry, I have had to run some additional drying time, but this is usually only for a few remaining damp spots throughout the entire load. I love the ventless design for this product. My old unit was a tower in a small closet, and it was very difficult to clean the duct. Now, I don't have to worry about the fire hazard of a clogged duct! It does give off a slight "laundry" smell during the first few uses, but that's gone down with time. (Incentivized review)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer-dryer is perfect for apartments and homes that have washer connections but no exhaust for a conventional dryer. The best thing about this appliance is the combined wash and dry function. No longer do I have to linger around the house waiting to exchange wet laundry from washer to dryer. Instead I can leave home during a laundry run while it does it's work over 3 to 5 hours. The ThinQ app will let you know the status of the current load and any issues (I have had none so far). The washer and dryer operations are very quiet, and have not been disruptive operating while I work in my apartment. It easily has the capacity for a king bed duvet cover (pictured). Buyers need to be aware that lint filter access is on top of the appliance, so it cannot be tucked under a counter. Also I recommend using fabric softener, because all clothing and bedding that I have washed so far does feel a bit stiffer after drying than when using a conventional dryer. In all, I am very happy with this very useful, elegant, quiet machine!

The built-in dryer is super convenient, and the steam feature is a nice touch for keeping clothes fresh and wrinkle-free. Not having to move the clothing from the Washer to the Dryer is a game changer! Being able to start a load of laundry before work, and come home to dry clothing for the evening is refreshing. The maintenance schedule seems steep, but it's a lot easier than I thought to upkeep the machine. The ThinQ features are also very helpful, reminding me when my load is complete and when it's time to perform Tub Clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do really like this machine, but it's definitely not gonna wash and dry your normal small-ish load of laundry in two hours. They should hurry up and revise that to around 2½-3 hours for a normal load of clothes. It was also kind of stinky rubber smelling for the first dozen or so loads. I read reviews and knew it was going to be slow, and smell weird at first going into it though...and I don't have a dryer plug or vent, so I was willing to accept it...But I would go with the stacked machine, or separate washer and heat pump dryer if I had a dryer plug. It does wash excellently, it's usually very quiet (it has its loud moments during spin sometimes, and the compressor sometimes gets loud during the dry cycle), but clothes come out perfectly dry, and softer than a normal dryer! It's not completely perfect though. You do have to be diligent cleaning the lint filter, and I sometimes just vacuum the door gasket of lint before I start removing clothes. The door gasket is linty after towels and bleached clothes, especially, but I knew that getting into it. The bleach dispenser also does not get enough water to fully empty. I would prefer that I could specify two different types of detergents in the two tanks, or just not have that feature to start with as it's another thing to break. The light also can't be programmed to stay on or started from the app. Those are nit picks though that can be fixed with software updates.

I am a super lazy person who does the laundry all together (daily wears/under wears/ pajamas/ towels and etc.). I tried AI wash+dry(+fresh mode) mode and this washer does its jobs. It washes and dries my stuff well and it feels so fresh! And its’ appearance is gorgeous and heavy. I tried to move a little bit but not moved at all. The other fact that I like is I can use this washer with my phone. i can remote start the washer which I can save time and reduce laundry stress. But unlike the old one that I had, I have to scroll the circle things to select the mode and customize the options which was uncomfortable with me. (The old one is pressing the button to select the mode, and too many options to go through). Maybe I need more time to get used to with the circle things but i am satisfied with this product so far. I recommend this washer especially for a person who are lazy, busy, and who have a laundry stress. (It also has a big capacity that I can load my queen size comforter)

Installation was a breeze for the delivery guys. Immediately started a load of jeans and it was finished in under 2 hours!! Next up washed my comforter and it washed  and dried in 2.5 hours! Love the controls and options in the app too it makes things easier to use.

I recently bought this and I'm so happy with my decision. Not only do I have way more garage space for storage but I'm able to kill two birds with one stone with this dual wash/dryer combo. I'm all about efficiency and this helps me save time, money, and effort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall my wife and I are very happy with this washer/dryer combo. The extra space by having 1 unit is great. Clothes come out clean and dry every time, many settings and features, and easy connection to the app which offers even more. Can customize cycles, cycle order and detergent levels. Love being able to leave clothes in to wash and dry without having to transfer. Large capacity means we can run fewer loads and king size comforters. CONS: Coming from old top load washer and dryer to this model, the number of cycles available was confusing. A guide on the cycles would be welcomed. Unable to find a way to change the drying temperature between low to high heat. Some settings (like keep fresh which is great) only seem to be available on the app.

Washing and drying cycles take hours upon hours to complete ( sometimes 6+) and clothes are still not dry. Putting in very Light loads too. NOT energy efficient, NOT time efficient. Water and electric bill are going to be astronomical, just like th price of this rip off machine.
