I love that it has 2 cloths to use with it not just one. The cord makes it a little hard to use and get around. The floor gets really clean when using this so that's great! Overall I think this did exactly what it was supposed to and I'll keep on using it to clean my floors. I will look into getting other item from this brand to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SC 3 Upright Easyfix is a must have for any floors. I have hardwood floors, I am always working on my floors. It heats up very fast, the steam helps get all the dirt and grim off the floor. It’s got to be connected to the plug in outlet, so when moving from room to room you got to unplug and plug in again. It helps with all coronaviruses on the floor surfaces. Its a heavy duty steam mop for all floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop has been helping me keep my floors clean this winter. The setup was fairly easy, since it just snapped together. The only thing that I had difficulty with was the water filter. The instructions weren’t super clear, so it took me along time to get the steam mop to actually work. The button that you have to press to set the water hardness level is pretty tricky to figure out. Once I was able to do that, my steam mop worked perfectly. It heated up quickly, and it removed all of the grime from winter boots and muddy paws. The removable pad washes well, and I’ve used it several times so far. The attachment for the carpet is very easy to use. It just snaps into place, and you can’t steam your carpets. I am really loving this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the SC3 for about a month. As a toddler mom, I think it does a great job of removing stuck on food from the floor. My floors actually look clean each time I use it. The SC 3 was easy to use once, I figured it out. I really like the fact that it warms up in under 5 seconds. It also has a decent length cord so I don't need to replug it as I move around. Even though it works well, I couldn't give it a 5 star review score for a few reasons. The first and major strike are those horrid, unclear instructions. After reading the manual, it took me 25 minutes to figure out how to sucessfully put on the mop attachment. My second reason would be its size. The SC 3 is not a large mop but it is bulky. I would have preferred if it were, a little more compact for easier storage. Lastly, would be the lever. After cleaning my entire kitchen and mudroom, my finger hurt from pressing the steam lever. A button/ steam switch would have been a much better option honestly. Overall, the steam mop does do a decent job despite some minor flaws. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Karcher SC3 upright easyfix steam mop, and I love it. It’s very easy to use, and more convenient than the traditional mop. The swivel head makes it easy to maneuver around, and I really like that I can adjust the hardness of the water to my preference. I do appreciate that this mop can be used on both carpet and hardwood floors, which is extremely beneficial for my household. It doesn’t take long for it to heat up, and provides the perfect amount of continuous steam that leaves my floors clean to perfection. I would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, I will say this is a good steam mop. It does a good job at doing what it was designed to do. It has a few quirks that may not be a big deal for some but made it hard for me to love the product. The hard water filter seems like a gimmick to me. I live in an area that is known to have hard water and I have had other steam mops without having a problem with hard water buildup in the machine. To me this is just a way for them to force you to buy filters that, as far as I can tell, can only be purchased on their website. On that note, be advised that the instruction manual lists the hard water scale by the units of measure that are common in Europe and other parts of the world. Most municipalities in the US don't list their hard water measurements that way and it took me extra time to convert the numbers. The biggest drawback of this machine, to me, was that you have to constantly hold the trigger down to operate it. I get why it would be designed that way, and some people might prefer that, but I don't. I also don't like that it won't stand upright on its own. That makes storage more of a a challenge. Also, despite the very lengthy instruction manual, I feel that there is still a learning curve to set it up and use it the first time. It's easy enough to use once you've used it, but the setup and initial use take some time. On the plus side, I like that there are three different modes and an attachment for using it on carpet. Most of my house is hardwood, but I do have a few rugs that will benefit from this attachment. At the end of the day, it is good at what it is supposed to do, but there are some quirks to contend with.

Only pictures which makes it difficult to figure out. It took reading the manual almost cover to cover to feel confident that I set it up correctly and wouldn't ruin my floors. Once that was done it was easy to use and did a good job. I wish it had a way to lock the trigger as my hand got tired holding the dteam trigger. Overall a very useful cleaning tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Steam Cleaner was easy to install/assemble. It comes in 3 larger parts that snap together quite easily. The weight of the product was light and it has a nice slip-resistant grip on the handle to help prevent it from falling over. The cleaner took a bit to get going the first time around but once it started steaming it was smooth sailing from there.

Apparently my old one was not doing as good of a job as I thought. My first test of this steam mop was to clean the floor with the old one then followed but this one. I was somewhat shocked at how much my old one left behind. This time of year my dog tracks in so much mud so something easy to use and store is a must have and this steamp mop is just thay.
