[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop was very easy to put together and set up. I cleaned my wood floors and feel like they got cleaner than when I use a mop and bucket. The steam mop is easy to use. The only down side is I feel that the steam mop head could be a little bit bigger to cover more surface area at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam cleaner is easy to use, it has a long cable in order for your to maneuver around the house when you are cleaning your floors, I would suggest reading the booklet that it comes with, if this is your first time utilizing such decide I did since I have never used a steamer cleaner, it also comes with a quick guide which I was very thankful for I have placed the quick guide somewhere where I can reference to it. It was easy to assemble and put together things were nicely labeled, it comes with two cleaning cloths which is very convenient in case you have a very big house therefore much flooring to clean, it does do a very good job my floor was nice and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kärcher SC 3 Upright EasyFix steam mop did an amazing job cleaning my floor and sanitizing it during a recent bad week of weather in my area. My family and dogs had tracked in so much dirt and mud from outside I had to use the steam mop almost every night during the week and was super impressed with how well it handled, we have tile floor with grout lines and they can be so hard to clean with a regular mop but the steam mop not only help pick up the dirt and mess in the grout but also sanitized my floor, I am so happy with steam mop and happy to say I’ll be using it everyday to help keep my home clean and sanitized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty loyal to my mop and bucket - but after using the easyfix upright - I may have to retire them. It took so much gunk and dirt off my floor - and I swept and mopped previous to using this. The detachable head was dark brown by the end of cleaning my sunroom - which gets mopped several times a day due to having dogs who love dirt! The instructions were a bit vague on the use of the machine - but with trial and error I got used it pretty quickly. It cleaned very well and quickly dried also. Took about 20 seconds to heat up so little prep time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats up quickly and swivels around furniture and toilet with ease. Im still set in my ways for mopping floors, but this seals the cleaning for me and makes my hardwood floors streak free. I’ve used on hardwoods, stone tile, and marble tile. Even after mopping, the steam cleaner still lifts up dirt and grime. I recently was cleaning the grout lines in my laundry room and after scrubbing out the dirt and doing a quick wipe away/mop I used the steamer it really removed all the dirt and lifted away the stains and my grout lines were sparkling new. I’m not giving this all the credit as I did scrub each line but cleanup and final look was much easier and cleaner than before. My only complaint is the length of the cord and the speed at which you need to go. It is time consuming because you’re supposed to go slow for proper sanitizing. The cord is fine for bathrooms but I have to change outlets for my kitchen and laundry room.

Did not work out of the box. It appeared no water was getting to heating element to steam.

I bought to 45 days works great. Great price and very easy to use
