Love, love this mop! Great purchase for me! Its very well built and very easy to use. Has some great features to protect your floors as 3 different settings dependent on type of floor you are mopping. Another great feature is it does not eject steam unless you are pressing the lever which is another great feature to protect your laminate floors.

I had a steam mop years ago from a different brand. Eventually it broke and parts weren't available. When I saw this steam mop from Karcher, it looked like just the right replacement for my old one. A month ago, I bought this for my wife-she loves it and I am more than impressed! It's well-built and does a great job on our ceramic tile and light refresh cleaning of our high traffic carpet areas. I am a former cleaning professional, now retired after 43 years in the industry. I know Karcher manufactures excellent cleaning equipment and the price point can't be beat for something this well-made.

This is the BEST steamer on the market! I bought two lesser expensive ones that were worthless and didn’t clean my wood floors. This is lightweight, easy to use, easy to store and CLEANS MY FLOORS PERFECTLY! I have a dog so my wood floors get dirty, thus effortlessly cleans them!

Works wonders on my tile floors. This was recommended by a neighbor and so happy with it. The item is heavy - but not an issue with me. Love it!

We have tiles all over in our house, so having a machine like this is essential. It works just perfect. The only thing I regret is, that I didn't buy it sooner.

You can immediately see the German engineering and quality that went into designing this steamer. This thing really puts out a tremendous amount of steam. Love it.

Used it once and it works good. Mop heads that are included are kind of cheap. Also the directions are useless. Bad. Who wrote them???

Heavy to maneuver, complicated to set up with water filter feature required and knowledge of our water softness level required. Directions are confusing and not straight forward. Does not seem to clean the floors very well.
