This is the BEST steamer on the market! I bought two lesser expensive ones that were worthless and didn’t clean my wood floors. This is lightweight, easy to use, easy to store and CLEANS MY FLOORS PERFECTLY! I have a dog so my wood floors get dirty, thus effortlessly cleans them!

We have tiles all over in our house, so having a machine like this is essential. It works just perfect. The only thing I regret is, that I didn't buy it sooner.

You can immediately see the German engineering and quality that went into designing this steamer. This thing really puts out a tremendous amount of steam. Love it.

The Karcher steam mop works really well in cleaning my tile and wood floors without using chemical cleaners. It is a little heavier than a conventional mop but has a water tank that holds one cup of water to make the steam. The mophead is easily changed .

I love this floor cleaner! It’s very easy to use and clean. With the winter months it’s been a lifesaver with all of the wet slushy snow being tracked into our home. I have a toddler and it gives me great price of mind to know that floor that he has been playing on is sanitary and safe. This is a must for those with health concerns.

I bought this a month ago and it's amazing. The pump on my old steam mop broke and I hadn't realized how poorly it was doing until I used this one! It would be 5 stars but the cord really is kind of short. I don't mind so much because the rest of it is way better than my old mop, but I might consider getting an extension cord so I don't have to plug into three different places just to mop the house. It also doesn't stand up on its own so we had to put in a wall book to hold it upright when not in use. Also not a deal breaker but was a nice feature on my old mop.

Heavy to maneuver, complicated to set up with water filter feature required and knowledge of our water softness level required. Directions are confusing and not straight forward. Does not seem to clean the floors very well.

We did not use this steam mop because it is way too heavy and poorly balanced to make pushing it a real chore, despite Consumer Reports a 4/5 convenience. My wife and I are elderly, but even younger people would probably find it not a pleasant experience to use.
