I bought this a month ago and it's amazing. The pump on my old steam mop broke and I hadn't realized how poorly it was doing until I used this one! It would be 5 stars but the cord really is kind of short. I don't mind so much because the rest of it is way better than my old mop, but I might consider getting an extension cord so I don't have to plug into three different places just to mop the house. It also doesn't stand up on its own so we had to put in a wall book to hold it upright when not in use. Also not a deal breaker but was a nice feature on my old mop.

The Karcher steam mop works really well in cleaning my tile and wood floors without using chemical cleaners. It is a little heavier than a conventional mop but has a water tank that holds one cup of water to make the steam. The mophead is easily changed .

I love the way this machine puts out steam. I love the options for wood, floor and carpet. This steamer puts out a lot more steam then my previous HAAN steamer. I love the washable floor pads. This machine ROCKS!

This steam cleaner does a great job on tile and hardwood. The only reason I have it 4 stars is that it is very heavy for me to use. It is not plastic as are most of the cheaper ones out there so I think it will last a long tome.

Extremely easy to assemble and set up, I use it on ceramic floor and you can mop sevral rooms without need to refill, it oes a great job cleaning grout after using it several times in the same area.

Didn't realize how dirty our tile was until I used the SC 3 upright. Heats up very quickly. Replacement for Eureka Enviro Steamer which finally gave out. Won't be using the carpet attachment as we have only tile throughout the house.

Got Frustrated reading instructions. Need to call water company for quality of water. Otherwise was great.

Worked poorly during first use. Then wouldn't produce steam at all on second attempt to use. Will be returning unit.

Excellent performance. The steam makes the house smell so good, too. My previous one was a different brand. I much prefer this Karcher!

It works but is very heavy, even without water in it, and even while steaming it is very hard to push along tile floors.
