This was a great find for us, I cut up in strips and used for fajitas. and later for stirfry so good

Purchased for quick fry sandwiches. Very fresh and nice lean slices of beef but overall tri-tip is chewy-No fault of Sams. Will continue to buy their thin cut strip steaks which are always tender and delicious.

This flap it’s okay. Though it’s packed with the meat more visible. on the back side it has a lot of fat! And you end up throwing away which costs you! At a small meat market you can see it and choose your meat

The meat was pricey

Good price a bit lean

The price is unbeatable and the quality of the meat is the best. Better than most retailers. This won’t break your bank and it lasts a good amount.

I know I can't expect the world with this cut, nonetheless it was tough and IMO there was an unreasonable amount of grissle/fat

The meat was some what fresh slightly discolored. I'm not sure why the meat has different colors on the slide that's not exposed.
