Meat was literally turning gray within one day and had a horrible horrible smell couldn’t even cook had to throw away truly such a waste

This was a great find for us, I cut up in strips and used for fajitas. and later for stirfry so good

This flap it’s okay. Though it’s packed with the meat more visible. on the back side it has a lot of fat! And you end up throwing away which costs you! At a small meat market you can see it and choose your meat

The beef has great value I don’t remember the price per lb but to me it’s worth $24.00 I paid for . The thickness of the steak freshness and the size . You can have nice stakes for your hole family with all the extras for a nice home cooked meal. No restaurant prices
