Great buy for the price... great for grilling!

I love these thin cuts of beef. They are so easy to use for French Dip and Philly Cheesesteak sandwishes and for making fajitas.

Just ok

My last batch of these were unedible...I didn't pick them out had a delivery. I've purchased them before and they are normally great...but this time they were terrible.. and I've been cooking these for years AND I used tenderizer...still..couldn't eat them. I was not impressed this time, but prior times they were good! So I guess this isn't something you want a delivery person to pick out for you.

Horse meat? Sams meat is now so bad our family cant eat it! This meat was so tough we could not chew it! I mean shoe leather. I have no clue whats going on at Sams, but find your meat elsewhere. Never in my life have i had such tough horrible meat. Had to throw it all out. Biggest waste of money. Sams meat has gone down hill to where we refuse to buy it. You pay outrageous prices, for horse meat or old dairy cow meat. All the sirloin is garbage! Hamburger is all gristle a bone fragments chipped my kids and my tooth. Tried pounding with meat hammer, but so much gristle, it was like trying to chew a rubber door mat. Dont waste your money, or jeopardize your health. Buy meat from a place that uses usda choice and not old road kill or old dairy cow meat. Please dont waste your money!

Very chewy, hard, unpleasant experience

This meat was horrible it was all tossed out. I separated the meat it was too much, cooked it three different ways and it was gross. The meat was so tough very hard unable to chew. Waste of money I was trying to save and it is just a waste of money. The meat is truly very tough you will not be able to bite Into it. Do not buy.

Do not buy this meat! With the prices today and trying save a few dollars, you’re just wasting your money. This meat is so incredibly TOUGH. So disappointed too bc I literally asked the meat dept about the meat and the best way to prepare and I feel he totally lied to my face. The quality in meat has gone down. Will not renew my membership
