We enjoy Sam's meat normally but this sirloin tip steak was very disappointing. It was very tough and fibrous, even when cooked rare. The slices are also irregular in thickness and shape making it hard to cook uniformly. Bad luck for us since we purchased enough for several meals.

Great deal and if you portion out and keep in freezer they are super easy to thaw. Stovetop on high 90 second each side and perfect medium rare.

The price is unbeatable and the quality of the meat is the best. Better than most retailers. This won’t break your bank and it lasts a good amount.

The meat was some what fresh slightly discolored. I'm not sure why the meat has different colors on the slide that's not exposed.
