might as well be a placebo. no effects comparable with taking apple cider vinegar orally. waste of time and money.

We prefer the ACV liquid and felt it was more effective. We will save the capsules for when we travel.

Have gained weight, and it gives me heart burn. My blood has lowered a little, but that may not be cause of Bragg.
