Good for a lot of things.

I use this every day before a meal and at bedtime. Great for balancing PH levels in the gut. If you have heartburn or acid reflux you should try this instead of antacids.

I suffered from periodic excruciatingly painful severe leg cramps, sometimes in both legs at the same time. My guess it was from not keeping myself hydrated enough when working outside in the Florida heat and humidity. When these cramps would occur, I use to drink a diluted solution of vinegar or drink the juice out of a pickle jar. Disgusting, gross and nearly intolerable, but it worked! I came across this product, which I take twice a day. I have not had ANY leg cramps in the last 8 months. No disgusting taste either.

Easy to swallow with water. I recommend this product.

Have been using these capsules for about 9 months and am thrilled to say I haven't had an episode of gout during that time... delighted to be eating beef and tomatoes again!

Great for my daily dose of ACV, without the acid on my teeth or trying to get around the taste of the vinegar.

Without apple cider vinegar tabs I was always eaten by mosquitoes but taking apple cider vinegar tablets I never get a bite! Finally relief!

Great product, especially for the price! Sam’s by far had the best prices on these! I’ve only been taking a few weeks but have been losing some weight and thinking these have been helping.

I couldn’t take them long enough to actually judge. I noticed my stomach was upset and stopped taking them.

Does not help with acid reflux. Actually feels like they trigger it. Straight apple cider vinegar works much better. Don’t recommend these, especially for the steep price
