Does not help with acid reflux. Actually feels like they trigger it. Straight apple cider vinegar works much better. Don’t recommend these, especially for the steep price

This is my second bottle. I ordered the first one from Amazon and took all of it as directed. Didn’t see any changes but decided to continue. Somethings take longer to get in my system. It’s now been more than 45 days of consistency and I do not feel a difference. I have taken the liquid before and can see a difference. I guess I will go back to.

Seem to be working, but you have to drink lots of water or stomach will have issues.
