I bought a 3 month supply and really hoped these would work for me but I had horrible gas. I wish it could've worked for me.

These are easy to take. So far they seem really good. I have used Bragg Apple Cider for many years and I really like the products.

So far so good. I realize it will probably take a while to really do much but I have noticed an increase in my energy level.

I don't mind the capsules. But preferred gummies instead. I don't take them everyday because they are high in concentration and I take an antacid.
