Started taking them twice a day several months ago and I love the convenience of them. I also seem to have lost 25 pounds without trying.

This was just the product I needed to jumpstart my immune system. Cravings have been decreased as well. Thank you for this great product.

Have not used it enough yet to review. Main thing tho is easier to take the capsules than pouring sour water down one’s throat! Hooray for that!

I had recently purchased these and I am glad I did. The price is nice and the flavor is better than most I've tried. I highly recommend.

I guess I just haven't been taking it long enough to really notice anything. Can you take 3 at once, or do you need to take 1 with each meal?
