I just found out I have insulin resistance. I am taking Bragg capsules to help lower my blood sugar. So far so good! Thanks for your product.

The ACV pill form has been a welcome addition to my daily routine. Easy to swallow and seems equally as effective as a digestive as the liquid form.

Im still in the process of taking the ACV capsule. I started taking it couple weeks ago, so not sure yet how does it goes in my system.

I have taken ACV for some time - in various forms - I like knowing that Braggs is now available. It is reliable and a good choice for me.

So far so good. I realize it will probably take a while to really do much but I have noticed an increase in my energy level.

I like the supplements, but wish I could take all 3 together in the morning. I don't eat 3 meals daily, usually only 2.
