I just got my order but currently taking prescription medication for high blood pressure. I'm a little unsure but I'm hopeful, that this will help with appetite but my only concern is can I take at least one to start with since I'm already on vitamins, the nifedipine and labetalol in the morning.. I began taking this in pill form because the liquid was much too harsh for my throat. After a week I started seeing my BGL numbers lower slightly. By the 3rd week I had to decrease my insulin at least 2 units lower or I started to dip really low. This is amazing!!!
