As a nurse and prior type two diabetic I am always looking for something to help control my blood sugars. I believe health begins in the core i.e. digestive system. I personally feel the ACV Is helping from an absorption concern. I am seeing better blood sugar results. :0) Kathy-MO

I purchased 2 bottles exactly a month ago. I’m down one bottle and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I noticed a difference in my skin and digestion. Although, I don’t see numbers leaving the scale, it definitely increases satiety - which will help me in the long run. Overall, I am extremely happy with them and will be ordering more.

I have a very sensitive stomach and after only two weeks taking Bragg ACV supplements I can really feel a difference! I feel less bloated and more energized. To have the apple cider vinegar in capsule form is ingenious and so easy to take. I take it along with my daily vitamin regiment. No more measuring out the liquid vinegar and adding to water. This is a game changer! Five star rating!

Followed the directions to a ‘t’ and was left in crippling pain on my fourth day. These supplements do not do what they say they do. Disappointing and a waste of money.
