I used to take Braggs ACV in liquid form, but after a few days, or if I was out & about, it was difficult to get down. When I saw the capsule forms I decided to try them but was a bit skeptical. They are fantastic! Easy to get down & easy to stay on schedule! Helps eliminate bloated inflammation! The best benefit is that my gut feels so much better. No more pain! I've already reordered once & will do it again!

I tried taking Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar and liked the way it made me feel. However, after taking it, I would hear creaking noises coming from my teeth. Then after a short time I was flossing my teeth when a crown flew into the sink. I realized that the acidity in the ACV had likely deteriorated the cement holding the crown in place. Even though I liked the benefits of the ACV, I can't afford to keep replacing my crowns so I decided to try the Braggs ACV capsules. I tried taking the capsules (one to two) with food in the morning and felt an increase in energy and a decrease in appetite which I really liked. However, soon I also began to notice a significant increase in pain in my bones and joints. When I discontinued the capsules, the pains went away. I noticed that you have added Zinc and Vitamin D to the apple cider vinegar in the capsules. I have an inability to tolerate Vitamin D supplements and I don't want Zinc which has previously caused me clotting problems. Would you please offer us an ACV Capsule without anything else added to it? I didn't have an increase in pain when I was drinking your Apple Cider Vinegar. Please give us a choice in capsules - we don't all want or need Vitamin D or Zinc added!! I can't tolerate your current capsule with the additives. Please create and offer us Capsules that are just Apple Cider Vinegar (which is enough!). Please do this! I miss the energy I had with the Apple Cider Vinegar drink. Thanks.

Start taking Bragg ACV few weeks ago my energy level increased also shed few pounds as well, and Many years I was wondering about ACV really works? I think it’s working for me! The prices are pretty much different from store to store my recommendation buy directory for manufacture.

Someone gifted me the book about Apple Cider Vinegar and I saw this product. I haven’t used it yet but I saw some wonderful reviews which is why decided to order. I was using the apple cider vinegar and it messing with my acid reflux. The ordering was easy and the delivery was fast. Once I use my bottle I will definitely come back and do another review

It is difficult to know what you are getting when buying supplements. Since I had already used and knew the value and results from Braggs ACV, it was reassuring to buy the supplement from a name I already trusted and knew the ACV going into the product. I also like that I could calculate equivalency to the ACV. If I’m not mistaken, 1 capsule equals 1 tsp of ACV. Added bonus getting some vitamin D and zinc in the product. Very convenient for travel.

I have just received this product. What I can tell you I love about it so far is that I do not have to taste the nasty vinegar taste. So that alone makes me like it. But moving forward I want to see if the benefits that you say this product has is something I will benefit from.

My clothes are starting to fit again. I have started to give my XL to Goodwill. I take my ACT in the morning with breakfast as taking it in the pm made it almost impossible for me to go to sleep at my regular time. Over all I am very pleased with this product.
