I had tremendous digestive issues growing up until I discovered I was gluten intolerant in my early 20s. I’ve been gluten free for 6 years, but still experience occasional stomach discomfort or pain after a meal. Since committing to the daily dose of Bragg ACV supplements, the bloated feeling I had after meals has disappeared, and I have consistent energy to accomplish more in a day. And I don’t feel guilty after enjoying my kryptonite, french fries, because I’m not swollen or sluggish after eating them. Also, I’m horrible at remember to take my vitamins, but I haven’t missed a single day with these supplements for all of these reasons!

I made the mistake of waiting 4 weeks after delivery to open my bottle. I removed the plastic seal on the bottle top. I discovered the white seal on the bottle was split in half and not sealed on the bottle opening. I threw the bottle away. Because it has sat in the package since it arrived to my home. I rather be safe then sorry.

I take 3 daily at breakfast and am pleased to report my blood levels are stable all day! No more feelings of having to grab a snack to satisfy hunger pangs. No more being “hangry”. My tummy-brain connection is quick to respond when I am satisfied so I don’t over eat. I have recommended these to my family & friends.

I’m loving the apple cider vinegar capsules. I love the benefits of ACV minus the taste and now Bragg has made it possible. The capsules are easy to swallow and I don't get the effects of the acidity from ACV as I did when I was taking drinkable shots. I have been taking the pills for over a month now with no side effects or adverse reactions. I’m enjoying taking ACV!

I’ve been drinking apple cider vinegar on and off for managing my weight and cholesterol. The reasons I took it on and off were, 1. Timing. I know I should have it with food but I don’t always remember to prepare a glass of diluted ACV while or after eating a meal. 2. It’s not a drink I look forward to taking. I LOVE that Bragg has it in capsule form now that I can take them along with my other supplements after dinner everyday. I get all the benefits without the sour taste.

I take one after each meal and the bloating is greatly reduced. I usually have a bowel movement soon after. I feel digestion taking place and the abdominal pressure going away. Before bedtime I take 2-3 and that sets me for a good bowel movement the next movement. Whenever I eat I take a pill. I feel great about consuming this natural product!

I am so impressed that my order arrived in 2 days. That is unheard of during our current pandemic. The pills are easy to swallow. The bottle came with 2 levels of safety seal, plastic around the outside of the cap, and the top inner cover. I am taking these along with but less frequent ACV liquid when I am working OT. Great Convenience.

These ACV pills are great buy them! I never leave reviews but I had to for these….. They give me energy plus they keep my blood pressure at good levels sometimes it be elevated for some reason. And it definitely curb your appetite I will forever order these
