Have been using it for a week now .It does curb my appetite. I take it right after breakfast and it keeps me from snacking during the day. Just have to remember to drink plenty of water when I first take it. Am glad that it’s in pill form so much easier to take than the liquid

I haven't noticed any "positive" changes in my body since taking these pills. My weight has gone up, I'm always hungry, my skin is a lot drier, and my eyes always seem to have some kind of film on them which makes me blink numerous times to try to clear them. I've stopped taking the pills and I doubt I will take them again.

The vinegar supplement I first started out taking three pills a day after the third day I could not take three no more when I first started my blood pressure was always over 160 160/75 180/101 now I have my blood pressure under control my blood pressure now is like 111/50 114/62 122/58 now I take one pill a day to keep everything calm and normal
