I’m taking my ACV supplement every day now due to how convenient it is. Previously I mixed up a drink most days of 2 tablespoons of Bragg ACV 1teaspoon of sugar and 8 oz water. This has been ok but It wasn’t always convenient. Now with the supplement I never miss a day.

I read all these great reviews yet I see the quality has made a definite decline….. I used Bragg for many years … over the last six months or so the product taste, the rich golden color, even the consistency of the liquid is poor. I read the company sold, and the present owners, striving to increase profits have made drastic cuts…have watered down the vinegar resulting in less color, consistency and definitely flavor. Of course this is denied by Braggs, however, I’m reading comments after comments substantiating this. Anyone have a suggestion as to what to replace Bragg with?

I take 3 daily at breakfast and am pleased to report my blood levels are stable all day! No more feelings of having to grab a snack to satisfy hunger pangs. No more being “hangry”. My tummy-brain connection is quick to respond when I am satisfied so I don’t over eat. I have recommended these to my family & friends.

It will be a month of my taking them and I really do not feel any different. I feel the drink gave me more results. I am heading back on my ACV drink instead once I am thru the first container of pills. It's ok but results seem faster to me with the drink. Thank you for the opportunity to review. Olga N.

I have used ACV products from Bragg for many years for my psoriasis. I have used the liquid to rinse my scalp. I have recently switched from gummies to ACV capsules daily. I believe these products assist in keeping my psoriasis under control. Thank you Bragg!

This company is superb with great customer service. But really ask yourself, do I want my breath and burps to smell like Apple Cider Vinegar 24/7? I’d you’re unfamiliar with the acidic taste and far put smell, you’ve been forewarned. Swallow one of these capsules and it explodes in your tummy to the point your digestive track now resembles the noises of a rock band. The results? Yes, they worked. Let’s just say you could skip the “pre-op” solution before a colonoscopy as these will get ‘er done just as quickly. Think: Haribro Sugar Free Gummy Bears. Be near a toilet at all times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ha! Right?!?! That’s rich!! But Bragg ACV caps really do make it so easy to get the vinegar in!!! Just three a day and done with that!! No mixing , no measuring, no mess! And no awful burning on the way down!! I know they are helping me keep my sugar down!!! Thanks Bragg!!

I most likely will update this review since I have only been on this product for 30 days. I wasn’t expecting a huge difference right away, especially due to my stomach issues. However, I can tell you what’s great so far. I am fat and a lot has to do with my stomach issues - I have diverticulitis and IBS-C. In addition, I have high blood sugar. My doctor and I are trying every natural remedy for my stomach but I can’t avoid prescription blood sugar meds. These help with blood sugar in addition they don’t give me major gas or major bloat or stomach discomfort, which is great! There is no reason for me to stop and a way better alternative than probiotics- which makes me gain weight and gives me a lot of bloat.

I have been taking apple cider vinegar before bed for the past six months,never knowing they're in pill form. The pills are heaven sent. I take them along with my post workout shake to help me lose weight in my mid section. I also like that the pills include vitamin D3 and zinc. Thanks Bragg
