I’ve been taking these ACV supplements for over 6 months now, and definitely see and feel a difference…more energy, stamina, weight loss, and less tummy issues. For me the best results without any adverse reaction is taking them right after a meal with a full glass of water. These supplements are so much better than adding apple cider vinegar to some water every day…I love vinegar in salad dressings, but not a fan of drinking it, it seemed to bother my stomach when I took it that way, but not with these supplements (using them the way I shared). And I absolutely feel sluggish if I miss a day, so I try to take them daily! 5 stars and two thumbs up from me!

It will be a month of my taking them and I really do not feel any different. I feel the drink gave me more results. Been using Bragg ACV in salads and smoothies but - taking the capsules is more convenient - especially when traveling or when the day’s routine is a little off route from the usual. I have no doubt that this is the best product for me and made by a company that I have used for years.

I began taking this in pill form because the liquid was much too harsh for my throat. After a week I started seeing my BGL numbers lower slightly. By the 3rd week I had to decrease my insulin at least 2 units lower or I started to dip really low. This is amazing!!!

I love the concept of the capsules for convenience and ease of taking every morning,,, I thank Bragg's for this as I have been a Bragg's ACV fan for years,,,one question I have, do the capsules provide the same acidic value that the liquid form has ? In order to get the benefits of Bragg’s ACV, I previously would take a spoonful of the liquid and wash it down with water. To me, the awful taste was worth the benefits because I didn’t want the calories from the other brands’ ACV gummies while intermittent fasting. So, when I heard that Bragg had developed these ACV capsules that give me the same great benefits, I couldn’t wait to try them! I absolutely love these ACV supplements and plan to keep them part of my daily supplement routine.

Have been using it for a week now .It does curb my appetite. I take it right after breakfast and it keeps me from snacking during the day. Just have to remember to drink plenty of water when I first take it. Am glad that it’s in pill form so much easier to take than the liquid

I have been pleasantly surprised that my hunger is greatly diminished since I started taking Bragg’s ACV capsules. They are much more effective than the gummies I was using. No big surprise there…the capsules pack more punch. I’m very happy with my purchase.
