I began taking this in pill form because the liquid was much too harsh for my throat. After a week I started seeing my BGL numbers lower slightly. By the 3rd week I had to decrease my insulin at least 2 units lower or I started to dip really low. This is amazing!!!

For me the best results without any adverse reaction is taking them right after a meal with a full glass of water. These supplements are so much better than adding apple cider vinegar to some water every day…I love vinegar in salad dressings, but not a fan of drinking it, it seemed to bother my stomach when I took it that way, but not with these supplements (using them the way I shared). And I absolutely feel sluggish if I miss a day, so I try to take them daily! 5 stars and two thumbs up from me!

In order to get the benefits of Bragg’s ACV, I previously would take a spoonful of the liquid and wash it down with water. To me, the awful taste was worth the benefits because I didn’t want the calories from the other brands’ ACV gummies while intermittent fasting. So, when I heard that Bragg had developed these ACV capsules that give me the same great benefits, I couldn’t wait to try them! I absolutely love these ACV supplements and plan to keep them part of my daily supplement routine.

Your comparison to gummies (Goli) is incorrect. 1 gummy had 500mg of acetic acid. Recommended dosage is 1-2 which would equal 1000mg acetic acid compared to your 750mg acetic acid in 3 capsules. Also 1 gummy contains 1 gram of sugar not 30. Tell the truth. This is false advertising. Shame on you.

I am so impressed that my order arrived in 2 days. That is unheard of during our current pandemic. The pills are easy to swallow. The bottle came with 2 levels of safety seal, plastic around the outside of the cap, and the top inner cover. I am taking these along with but less frequent ACV liquid when I am working OT. Great Convenience.

I’m not a medical expert, but these sure seem to be helping my UTI. Shortly after taking the recommended dosage, the pain subsided so it must be doing something good. I’ll continue taking these daily to see if they prevent another episode all together.

I have been using the ACV Supplement for a couple weeks. Taking the 3 capsules at meal has created a big heart burn issue and indigestion. I got 3 bottles and will try to use them. But I will go back to the liquid. I haven't seen any added benefits, I was looking forward to the pill form. Just isn't for me

The regular ACV is just too strong for my stomach. It usually makes me throw up, so it was so amazing to find out they now make supplements that offer the same benefits. I have been so happy with this product and have already begin to see an improvement in my health. My inflammation in my stomach has been decreasing, not to mention I just overall feel a lot better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not seen or felt any differences since beginning to take it. It’s been 3 months. But I have not experienced any negative results either. I am going to make another 3 months order and hope it’s doing something great. 👍
