This company is superb with great customer service. But really ask yourself, do I want my breath and burps to smell like Apple Cider Vinegar 24/7? I’d you’re unfamiliar with the acidic taste and far put smell, you’ve been forewarned. Swallow one of these capsules and it explodes in your tummy to the point your digestive track now resembles the noises of a rock band. The results? Yes, they worked. Let’s just say you could skip the “pre-op” solution before a colonoscopy as these will get ‘er done just as quickly. Think: Haribro Sugar Free Gummy Bears. Be near a toilet at all times.

I have only been taking the capsules for 12 days and it's too early to tell any difference. I promised myself I would take them for 1 month and see if I notice any change. I can let you know then. So far I can say I see no problem with them so will track the progress thru August.

I tried taking Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar and liked the way it made me feel. However, after taking it, I would hear creaking noises coming from my teeth. Then after a short time I was flossing my teeth when a crown flew into the sink. I realized that the acidity in the ACV had likely deteriorated the cement holding the crown in place. Even though I liked the benefits of the ACV, I can't afford to keep replacing my crowns so I decided to try the Braggs ACV capsules. I tried taking the capsules (one to two) with food in the morning and felt an increase in energy and a decrease in appetite which I really liked. However, soon I also began to notice a significant increase in pain in my bones and joints. When I discontinued the capsules, the pains went away. I noticed that you have added Zinc and Vitamin D to the apple cider vinegar in the capsules. I have an inability to tolerate Vitamin D supplements and I don't want Zinc which has previously caused me clotting problems. Would you please offer us an ACV Capsule without anything else added to it? I didn't have an increase in pain when I was drinking your Apple Cider Vinegar. Please give us a choice in capsules - we don't all want or need Vitamin D or Zinc added!! I can't tolerate your current capsule with the additives. Please create and offer us Capsules that are just Apple Cider Vinegar (which is enough!). Please do this! I miss the energy I had with the Apple Cider Vinegar drink. Thanks.

I have been taking the liquid product for a long time and it makes my body feel more energetic and I sleep good at night plus it helps me to eat less especially the sweet I crave for so since you came out with the capsules I said I try them they are a bit big but I will still try it , if for some reason if I find it too hard to swallow I always have my liquid on hand . In order to get the benefits of Bragg’s ACV, I previously would take a spoonful of the liquid and wash it down with water. To me, the awful taste was worth the benefits because I didn’t want the calories from the other brands’ ACV gummies while intermittent fasting. So, when I heard that Bragg had developed these ACV capsules that give me the same great benefits, I couldn’t wait to try them! I absolutely love these ACV supplements and plan to keep them part of my daily supplement routine.
