Absolutely love the Pergola. The build was so much easier using the Bilt App. It rained the day prior, so i put all the side beams and supports together in the garage. The next day my wife and i put it all together and saved tons of time. Our family was surprised the two of us were able to complete on our own. Highly recommend this Pergola.

We purchased this pergola about 2 months ago. Excellent communication about delivery. We also purchased the assembly. It was well worth the price. The gentleman took 5 hours to get it all assembled. The pergola is well constructed. It adds to the atmosphere we are looking for in our outdoor oasis.

My 25 year old grandson volunteered to assemble it in my back yard. A little nervous, never having done anything like this, the three huge boxes were a little scary!! Once he got started it became very exciting. Everything came together beautifully. The instructions were perfect and the entire unit went together beautifully. Not a missing bolt or screw. No boards with a scratch or dent. It is perfect. We love it and highly recommend anyone , even an inexperienced handyman, to buy your products. We are so happy we did!!!

We bought the pergola this summer and we couldn't be happier! We are both 70 and put it all together by ourselves. The instructions were great and the materials were great quality. It is very sturdy and looks amazing. We had some very strong winds from hurricane Milton and there was not any issues with the pergola at all!!

The hardest part was holding the two sides up to start assembling the top. It takes at least two people for that part. So far, it’s been very durable, wind resistant, and maintenance-free.

We can sit under our pergola and birds come to the feeders, next to it. I’ve had so many compliments on it because the back of our house was straight across, before and our pergola adds so much interest. Love it for coffee in the mornings to relaxing visits with friends.
