Nice pergola

We purchased a pergola for some partial shade in our back courtyard.  The construction took us 3 easy days.  The directions are easy to follow and the organization of the building is excellent.  We are enjoying the space provided.

Great product. Instructions are super clear everything was well packed and great quality. Wish they made a smaller one for the grill area. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed :)

BEAutiful…and well made

Ok so my husband and I JUST finished yesterday putting together this pergola and it was actually easy to assemble. We followed the paper instructions and it went really smoothly. Took us a couple days only because we had to make the concrete base but other than that we LOVE IT! Excellent product for the price. I’d recommend it and choose DIY option. You won’t regret it.

Very nice product, easy to build, well made, took two people 6 hours to complete.

Patio remodel

It has good instructions I believe it should be a 3 man job to get the
Main structure up. After that one guy can finish. Not hard, but a lot to pay attention too. Looks good but when you begin, try to have 3 men. Hardware’s is pretty good feels real solid when finished. Had one board break and a replacement was sent free of charge in 3 days. I thought that was pretty good customer service

Pergolas

I ordered this pergola and was super excited that it was going to be delivered the same day. I get a delivery notice and my son texts me to say they delivered a TV and not a
Pergola. Sam's says they will resend the pergola. Great! Only my order was canceled 2 days later saying it was now out of stock. Customer Service confirms they are in stock at the local store where the first one was supposed to be delivered from. Ridiculous. Canceled our membership. Might seem petty, but Sam's your customer service for a paid service really sucks.
