Bought it in May and put it up a few weeks later. I was able to assemble much of it by myself and only needed help with the final steps. It looks great and seems to be well made. I've gotten many compliments. Bottom line: we're very happy with our pergola.

Purchased as part of a DIY backyard refresh. Easy to assemble with well marked parts and detailed directions. Took 2.5 days including setting cement pillars for the posts. Did require 2 people for some parts of the assembly. The one thing we did that was not part of the directions was to use a couple of spacers in setting the long top slats to ensure the slats were straight and equally spaced. Perfect size for extending our outdoor living area!

Very happy with investing in pergola. We formally used canopies which always got torn up in wind and was replacing every year, sometimes twice year. Only complaint is that it didn't come with tarp to put on top to help filter sun. We purchased separately as well as roll up curtain to help shade during sun down

I love the look of the pergola now that it's built but we had a ton of cracks in our wood. Luckily customer service was so great and sent out replacements. I just question its longevity if it was splitting before we even had it built. Not our first time buying products from this company though and they never give you a problem with any issues with their product.

Love the design and fit perfectly to my needs. Was easy to assemble and took a day with 2 people. Unfortunately, several of the running boards were broke and was able to buy something that (bracket) that made it work. Also, one of the main post has a large split in the middle, not sure how long it will last but fingers crossed.

I finished staining and applying sealant about seven months ago then added screen shading on top. I placed it besides a large covered canopy. I compared one to the other and the pergola looked and was more comfortable. Sunlight was bright and the area was more comfortable than under he canopy. The canopy held a lot of heat despite being open on all side. We recently had a strong windstorm that ripped the canopy open. The pergola with the screen shading wasn't affected at all. Easy and careful preparation of the pergola paid off. It is beautiful and receives many complements. I recommend it highly.

I love the pergola it was very easy to assemble the only drawback was the delivery system. since we had to order it online our local store had just run out. there was no place to put any delivery instructions because this doesn't come from Sam's club it comes from another organization in California. I met the delivery guys at the street when they came and instead of them followed by instructions to back into the driveway they said no they wouldn't do it and they dumped the big box on the sidewalk next to the street. I'm 73 years old they couldn't give me the courtesy of backing into my driveway

We bought this a few months ago and we're so glad we did. We wish we would have done it sooner. It went together pretty easily with 2 of us and it seems very sturdy. We have a large family and we like to sit outside together. We added a shade cloth which makes a huge difference in the temperature on our patio. Happy with the purchase!

Everything went well with the instructions and construction of the pergola I'm very pleased that all of the holes matched upThat were pre-drilled and everything went together smoothly

Bought this several months ago, paid for the assembly. It is very nice and appears to be holding up well so far in the hot Florida sun. Overall a great value. I'd buy again if needed.
