Seems very solid. Not too difficult to assemble. Will be a nice addition to the backyard.

My husband was able to put this together working on it for less than two days. It is sturdy and seems like it will hold up well. Hoping for some sunny weather so we can sit out under it and not melt.

Easy to assemble. Took me and a buddy 5 hours. Everything was pre-drilled. All the holes were marked except for the holes for the top slats. We cut a simple spacing board to keep them evenly spaced.

I was pleasantly surprised how well made this kit is. All solid cedar, predrilled and all hardware powder coated. Everything lined up and direction were easy for a layman to follow. Went together with two of us in about 4 hours.

After 9 months, I'm coming back to review. This was a fantastic purchase. The assembly was in an afternoon, with me and my husband, but I could have assembled it alone. The quality is excellent, and it looks the same as the day we installed it. Don't worry, buy it.

The BILT app directions were great! Everything came well packaged. We purchased two of these pergolas and took about 5 hrs for each. They are beautiful and smell like sap. I loved working on this project! None of the pieces were too heavy for me to lift but definitely easier w a partner. No regrets!

We purchased 2 of these pergolas to put on our SW-facing courtyard to make it more usable in the summers. We had to adapt them a bit to fit the area, but my husband assembled them himself. Although there were a couple of surprises and problems along the way, the company stands behind the product 100%. If parts are missing or damaged, they ship them out immediately and make everything right. The pergolas are sturdy and beautiful. We're very glad to have chosen this product!
