I read other reviews so I cooked it covered in foil at 350 for 30 minutes then cooked it at 400 for 15 minutes, uncovered it for another 15 minutes. That was perfect. It does need more sauce. It wasn't bad at all. Would have tasted better if I added sauce to it while cooking. So the theme here is add more sauce!! Worth a try if you are a pasta fan and like ricotta.
