Delicious Family Meal!

These are DELICIOUS!I was hesitant to buy these because I was afraid they would taste to “fast food-y” or “tv dinner-y” I was wrong they’re AMAZING!They’re just like (or even better) the ones you get in an Italian restaurant. And they’re very filling! Two will make you feel full!My extremely picky family all loved them! The only thing it needs is more sauce as you only get a tiny bit in the bottom of the container, but made my own meat sauce anyway and paired with garlic bread! So Yummy!

Excellent quick meal

These are excellent, flavorful, full of ricotta and cheese and definitely not skimped on filling. They're perfect for a deli quick meal. I've bought them twice now, and they don't disappoint! The grandchildren love them, even the two year old, they clean their plate and ask for more. The adults love it too! I buy two trays at a time, there's 5 kids and 3 adults and it's plenty. Also, in my opinion, it seems cheaper to buy them this way, than to get the ingredients to make them myself, which I usually do but with these available, it's quick and tasty! Love these!

Good food, poor directions and tray

The food was good, better than the 3 star rating. What I found lacking were the directions and the container. First, I followed the directions and after 30 minutes the pasta had only warmed up to 80 degrees internal. It appears that other customers faced the same issue. Second, please bring back the metal trays - transferring the pasta from the plastic container to the metal tin is a hassle, and I believe, affects the cooking as well. I would not recommend buying this dish if it is in the plastic tray.

Don't Buy

The taste of manicotti was okay, but it really needs to be sold in a foil pan so that it can be put into the oven. That being said, I don't recommend this at all. Within 30 minutes of eating the manicotti, the 4 of us who ate it, were all throwing up. Perhaps we got a container that was spoiled... I'm not sure. But for this reason alone, I am only giving it 1 star.

Loved it

This was much better than I expected. I hope they keep this. Needed something for dinner and saw this. Had not seen it before, so took it home. We really enjoyed it. Will definitely buy again. The only negative was the cooking instructions. Cooked at 350 for 30 minutes. When I checked, it was at 85 inside. Took top off and another 20 min at 400 and it was great

Quick and easy dinner

After reading the reviews, we added some crumbled Italian sausage and additional tomato sauce as an extra kick and wow! This was a quick and easy dinner for my family. Even without my touches, it would have been delicious. This is easily a fine Italian dish and it served a lot with leftovers. Loved it!

Not Grandma's But a Close Second

I can feed my family a pretty decent cheese manicotti for less than $12! I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this dish. My husband MUST have meat with his meal, so I would add meatballs and/or Italian sausage for an Italian restaurant quality meal.

The Stuffed peppers are good, but need much season

--First off, I did not buy "cheese manicotti," but that is the label that is often put on the "stuffed peppers" that I purchase. (Both are the same price.) So I am going to do a review of the stuffed peppers I actually bought. --The aluminum pan is filled with six halves of large sweet peppers stuffed with a hamburger and rice mixture that is topped with cheese. I cook mine in a toaster oven, but I think the time required to cook them is significantly longer than what is recommended on the package. --The half stuffed pepper combined with a veggie and a piece of garlic bread is a whole meal for me. My only complaint is that the hamburger/rice mixture is very bland tasting, so I ALWAYS add salt and hot sauce.

Great Manicotti

Great Manicotti. As close to homemade as you can get. However, heating directions are not correct. 30-35 mins at 350, covered with foil leaves the centers still cold. I cook at 350 for 45 mins, covered, then uncover and cook for an additional 10-15 mins. to brown up the cheese a bit.
