- 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase5/22/2026This makes a minimum of two meals for my husband and I. The taste is good, the sauce a bit sweeter than I care for but not enough to keep me from keep buying it. Add the pre-cooked italian grilled chicken or what ever you like witha salad and you have a great fast meal. Which I like.
Tasty and convenient
Cristy - 5 out of 5 stars review2/14/2026My sister, who lives hundreds of miles from me, ordered this, a charcuterie box, and tiramisu for my birthday through her app, to be delivered from my store. Everything was SO GOOD, and what a great idea for a birthday present across the miles, ordering for local delivery. Such a wonderful, and delicious surprise. Buy the manicotti. You won't be disappointed!
Delicious birthday surprise!
SANDRA - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase3/11/2026These are surprisingly delicious! My daughter bought these for a lazy day. I always tell her homemade is always best and these are delicious and taste homemade. We will definitely be purchasing more to freeze for another busy or lazy day. If you like Italian food, this is a must have.
Delicious
Kiki - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase4/11/2026These are an incredible easy take-home for a quick dinner. They are delicious. After trying these, I told several of my friends about them. They all purchased and tried. All felt they were perfect. They are also easy to separate and freeze into smaller portions for smaller families.
So Delicious!
Weze - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase7/15/2026We like the selection of pre-packaged entrees we find at Sam’s for busy weeknights. Heat them, toss a salad, and you’re done. We’ve also had good results freezing the leftovers for another time. These manicotti are flavorful and stand alone or as a side dish.
Quick, easy meal
DKC - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase11/1/2024Very tasty and an easy quick dinner. Leftovers reheated, and tasted better than day one!
Leftovers reheat perfectly

JourneyJen - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase3/15/2026I've really enjoyed trying the various meals from Sam's club and I had for some reason never tried the Cheese Manicotti- I found it incredibly good and it is going to be a regular when I buy ready to eat meals from Sam's from now on!
Wow - these are good!
Thomas - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/20/2026No a everyday item but was restaurant quality
Very delicious
Bill - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase5/28/2026Superior quality when compared to name brand stuffed Manacotti. Beats Stouffers brand hands down. Seven large manscottis, enough to feed three-four adults

Cheese Manicotti
Pam - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/26/2025Delicious meal, with plenty of cheese and sauce. However, when you remove the ingredient and price label, you are also removing the cooking instructions. Unfortunately, because of the glue, the instructions are ripped apart. Whatever is left of the destroyed instructions, it is typed in such tiny print, it cannot be easily read. Consumer will just have to guess how to cook this meal and hope you are right! Suggestion - place a separate label for the instructions on top of the plastic cover so consumer does not have to flip the entire meal upside down to read them, causing the messy sauce and cheese to wind up under the lid.
Delicious but Unreadable Cooking Instructions
Maggies Mom - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase12/26/2023Delicious! The length of time to heat it though is off I find. So I think more realistically like 50 minutes on a 350* covered with foil really gets it. Nice and hot and the flavors blend and the manicotti is ready to be devoured. Have a nice salad add a vegetable and you have a wonderful meal. Very simple. The other thing I really like about this dish is that it is not overly salty. Too many times things that are made in-store can be very salty. For example, Sam’s hatch Chilies and chicken burritos are very good but it’s just way too salty. I’ve stopped buying those. But the manicotti is perfection.
Excellent manicotti
Carlee Jo - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase8/25/2025My family was very please with the Member's Mark Cheese Manicotti! It was so easy to heat up right in the oven and absolutely delicious! Pair it with a salad and some garlic bread, and you have an easy go-to dinner that tastes great! I will be purchasing again!
Cheese Manicotti is DELICIOUS
Busy Mom and Teacher - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/15/2025Served to 54 guests as a Taste of Italy evening. Everyone loved it and wanted to know if it was homemade. Of course we said "Samuel" was our chef! The 12 trays were baked in 2 different ovens for a little longer than listed on the container. The trays were then kept warm in the oven while each tray was being served. We estimated 5 servings from each tray and ended up with one and a half tray not served. An easy way to serve a large group a delicious meal.

Pat - 4 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase6/2/2026These are delicious. I wish they could do something about the nutritional sticker though. I have to soak it in water for several mins so i can peel it off.
Wonderful
Si C - 2 out of 5 stars review8/9/2026This is not the same recipe/ingredients. The ricotta cheese does not taste like ricotta cheese. It tastes like a gooey cheese of some sort and it salter in some parts of the manicotti. It seems like the cheese on top is a cheap cheese. I tried to doctor it up to make it taste better. If they keep the same ingredients they have changed. I won’t be pitching this again.
Change recipe and taste alert
anonymous - 1 out of 5 stars review8/16/2026This is the worst, cheese manicotti with liquid cheese. No ricotta cheese like the last one a month ago. It almost tastes like watered down mashed potatoes.
No ricotta cheese, Mashed Potatoes?
anonymous - 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase9/14/2021This was extremely disappointing. I thought it was a "safe" purchase because who can mess up manicotti? Well, Sam's apparently can. The cheese was an odd consistency. They didn't cook well at all. My mom kept telling me that I hadn't followed the directions correctly, so I got the lid out of kitchen recycle after dinner. She told me it clearly needed to be done this and that way and not how it was printed and we needed to get another one to do it our way, but I am not wasting my money on something two people refused to even eat because it was the consistency of Play-Doh.
Disappointment
Shelby - 1 out of 5 stars review8/30/2026Sam’s must have recently changed their recipe for the manicotti and I am so disappointed :( I used to order these weekly and the last one I ordered was totally different than the previous one. The cheese is not real ricotta anymore and has exponentially more sodium. Sadly, because of this, I will not be ordering this product anymore. Please bring back the old recipe.
New Recipe - Not Good :(
