I used to trim about 6 to 8 ozs of fat off of these but not they are so well trimmed I trim less than 2 ozs, which makes them an even better buy.

So good! the best-tasting lamb. I cut one up, cooked up a steak that brought back memories of my mother and Christmas. Really! This is GOOD lamb.

Great quality halal lamb and price isn't crazy. I cook it mostly on the rotisserie and it always comes out great. What I haven't been able to figure out is why it only sometimes comes with a pop up timer.

Very mild taste, tender as prime rib.Cut it to lay flat.Rubbed it with avocado oil, rosemary, lots of minced garlic, salt and pepper. Broiled to medium-rare, still juicy. All grassfed is healthier bonus. Best lamb we ever ate!

Love leg of lamb but the one the shopper picked was like the smallest one ever at 2 lbs. I was expecting a larger one. Still it will provide me with my Christmas dinner.

The lamb from its smell not fresh at all looks like it's been in the fridge for long time .if you could get it fresh and freeze it immediately would be better

Boneless leg of lamb makes a lovely Sunday roast. New Zeland lamb is mild tasting goes well with roast vegetables & mint sauce. So happy Sam’s club keep a good stock of lamb cuts.
