My husbands Australian and hasn’t had lamb in years because it’s always so expensive here in the States. When I saw this lamb leg from New Zealand was discounted I snatched it up. I had never cooked lamb before but it came out so well. All I did was add thyme to it and slow cook it. The lamb was so tender and reminded me of roast beef. My husband said it tasted just like home.

So good! the best-tasting lamb. I cut one up, cooked up a steak that brought back memories of my mother and Christmas. Really! This is GOOD lamb.

I used to trim about 6 to 8 ozs of fat off of these but not they are so well trimmed I trim less than 2 ozs, which makes them an even better buy.

Delicious, was very tender little fat, no tendons. This is a great value per pound especially being boneless. Lamb is a great treat for our family. You should try it for your next special meal.

Love leg of lamb but the one the shopper picked was like the smallest one ever at 2 lbs. I was expecting a larger one. Still it will provide me with my Christmas dinner.

Boneless leg of lamb makes a lovely Sunday roast. New Zeland lamb is mild tasting goes well with roast vegetables & mint sauce. So happy Sam’s club keep a good stock of lamb cuts.

This was delicious, basted eith olive oil rubbed with garlic thyme and rosemary , a little salt and black pepper cooked on convection , I forget the time and temp ,oops find it on line I did.

I buy this every few month. Very happy with the quality, price and availability. I actually like Sam's club lamb better than the other large warehouse one.
