We have been buying New Zealand lamb for at least 4 years and we have never been disappointed. It doesn't have any tendons but it does contain a small amount of thin fascia in some areas which is normal. This can easily be removed with your knife. The small amount of fat on the outer part can also be removed and rendered to use for cooking later on. It is delicious and reasonably priced.

We have a Sam's Club membership specifically so we can buy the always flavorful New Zealand lamb. The boneless roasts have some fat, but not so much that you are paying for twice as much meat as you actually get. I road a whole boneless leg and we cut thin sliced to freeze for future meals. It is just as delicious thawed and warmed up or used in stew as if it was freshly cooked.

Good Choice. We wanted to try this lamb for the first time, and it turned out really well. Will definitely buy again.

Delicious boneless Leg of Lamb was easy to prepare and slice for dinner guests. The hardest part was cutting the garlic cloves into thin slivers that I could insert into holes in the lamb.

This lamb has a lot of gristle. I've never bought a leg of lamb that had gristle that was so noticeable. Unfortunately, I bought four of them. It's okay but I won't buy it again. I had bought one at Sams a couple of years ago and forgot that it wasn't that great.

The lamb was delicious and very tender. I had a large crowd to feed and it was easy to slice (literally fell apart it was so tender!) Even folk who never had lamb before really enjoyed it. Great to know where I can purchase this product for future reference!

Delicious.....easy to cut into 6 or 7 steaks....marinate and fried with seasonings and onions and mushrooms. Great buy.

We cut it up in cubes and add onion juice for two days we cook over charbroiler it taste very juicy and tender

This made a great Easter dinner and had plenty of leftovers for sandwiches and curry stew. The elastic sleeve kept the boneless meat together, but was hard and messy to remove afterwards. Not a good presentation for guests, because the sleeve wasn’t appetizing looking. Had to make slices right away without presenting the cooked roast on a platter. Tasted better than it looked.

My kitchen stunk for couple of days the last time I opened one of these vacuum packed lamb legs. I think Sams Club stores keep their meat in refrigerators for a long time and then they place date and price stickers on them just before they leave them out for customers to purchase.
