The lamb was delicious and very tender. I had a large crowd to feed and it was easy to slice (literally fell apart it was so tender!) Even folk who never had lamb before really enjoyed it. Great to know where I can purchase this product for future reference!

You can't overlook New Zealand Spring Lamb. Excellent flavor, easy to prepare and tender. We used our pressure cooker for the 4lb Boneless Leg of Lamb. Just 25 minutes plus10 for cooldown and we were dining like Royalty.

Both times I purchased this, the meat was dry and tough/chewy in places. This was a surprise because lamb naturally tends to be very fatty, which should contribute to it being tender and tasty.
