Fresh baked and beautifully done. The associate was very friendly and offered great interaction. The cupcakes were beautiful and you could tell it was freshly made. The taste was so good you wanted to have more than one cupcake. Colors were bright and just what I ordered.

Online ordering is not good. You are stuck to order what you provide online. Too little of choices to make with online ordering. I went somewhere else to get my cake and cupcakes. Go back to having the option to order at the store with explaining what you really want. Love your cakes, but ordering in the store and being more customer focused is what you need.

I placed an order last week and had my cupcakes customized. Yesterday, I picked up the cupcakes, and they had the wrong order. I went back to the app to prove what I order.And it didn't show details of the order. Great! Wish I could put No start to the new system. Make sure you screenshot everything while you are in the process of placing an order.

I rarely write reviews for products, but I have to say how surprisingly good are these cupcakes. I didn't know Sam's sold custom cupcakes. The customizing feature on the app is a breeze and the color of the frosting didn't disappoint. I can't talk for taste, because it was for my daughter's school birthday celebration, but I can say they are very convenient and affordable. They look as good as the ones I have bought from professional bakers for the fraction of the cost. The packaging was sturdy enough to transport. I added a simple cupcake topper and Done!

Placed my order online. Very easy. Picked up in store. They was ready for the time I put down. We enjoyed these cupcakes and not to say the icing was A1. These cupcakes stayed in my home at least a week fresh until we finished everyone. And can’t forget a reasonable price!

I purchased 90 decorated cup cakes for our local Lions Club party. We are a new club so this party was very important to us as we were connecting with existing Lions Clubs. We received many compliments on our cup cakes. They were a hit with their appearance, taste and freshness. Thank you!

I needed cupcakes on a budget and thought I would try Sam’s Club. My daughter loved that she could order the flavors and colors that she wanted. They came out so beautiful and looked as if they came from a high-end bakery. I was also so impressed by the chocolate cupcake, because usually I’m very picky about store-bought cupcakes, but these were delicious!

Disappointed in how the cupcakes were packaged. The packaging was flimsy , when we lifted them up to place in the cart the packaging gave away in the middle causing 5 of the custom ordered cupcakes to shift forward , the frosting and decorations on these were ruined and couldn’t be used. The bakery was closed when I picked up and they couldn’t be redone.

Color was beautiful and what we had ordered but with that being said, the cupcakes tasted absolutely terrible!!!! The icing stained everything it touched. I mean it wouldn't come off the skin! Tasted like chemicals. I threw most away it was just horrible. Never again.

These cupcakes are great and they are a bargain and easy to order. But nothing like picking up your cupcakes and not having time to wait for another order and realizing they put the wrong color. I would have asked them to remake them if I had time, and if the lady wasn't already snarling at me just for being there.
