The cupcakes were great what a great price to I got these for my daughter's reveal party. Half in pink frosting and half in blue. Not only were they pretty, but they tasted great too.

I've purchased these many times with white buttercream frosting. I purchased with a custom color for the 1st time and the frosting tasted terrible. Like chemicals. I will purchase again but recommend sticking with the white buttercream.

Went to pick up the cupcakes. Ordered and paid online, which we were told to do when tried to order from the store. Second time this has happened, they didn’t have the order. The girls had to call the main boss and she came back and had to icing 30 cupcakes for us, which was quick. I’m glad they had cupcakes on hand, otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done. The cupcakes were good , could have lived without the problem.

Fresh baked and beautifully done. The associate was very friendly and offered great interaction. The cupcakes were beautiful and you could tell it was freshly made. The taste was so good you wanted to have more than one cupcake. Colors were bright and just what I ordered.

These cupcakes are always delicious. This was my first custom order, but selecting what I wanted on the app was easy. The colors were not quite what I’d chosen. I chose a blue and teal and they came out two shades of green, which still worked great for my party. Everything was great though and bakery staff was prompt with the pickup.

Tried ordering cupcakes in store, but was told to order from the app. Also told I couldn’t pick the two colors because it has to be the same as display. Logged in and selected my 2 custom colors. Went to pick my order up and it was wrong!! So much wasted time! I’ve never been to a bakery, I couldn’t make an order from where there are people working! And not being able to substitute 2 colors is absurd !

We used cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding. We had a wedding cake and also wanted to have cupcakes and these were inexpensive and easy to order and pickup. These were all ready to pickup on day before wedding. Still very fresh the next day! Would recommend for any event, everyone loves cupcakes!

First the woman told me the order wasn't actually placed when she couldnt locate them. When she found them they looked like that had been tipped sideways and the icing was stuck to the sides. Not presentable for the event I purchased them for. When I told the woman she said she's not the decorator and they are already paid for. Waste of money. Bad customer service.

Placed my order online. Very easy. Picked up in store. They was ready for the time I put down. We enjoyed these cupcakes and not to say the icing was A1. These cupcakes stayed in my home at least a week fresh until we finished everyone. And can’t forget a reasonable price!

I’ve went through this Sam’s for 7 years now for cakes and cupcakes. This was the worst experience I’ve had ever with Sam’s, they must have new people working in their bakery and it shows. Not helpful at all had to cancel my order (wouldn’t be done by 1030/11am) even though I put it well over 24 hrs in advance told me to cancel it online. Found out you can’t cancel online then just to get an email stating their ready for pick up at 1040 am the next day after scrambling to find someone else to make cupcakes was a slap in the face. Had to go in person to cancel order then they only offered store credit. So worker was rude for no reason bc the cupcakes were in fact done at that time even though she said previously there’s no way.
