Went to pick up the cupcakes. Ordered and paid online, which we were told to do when tried to order from the store. Second time this has happened, they didn’t have the order. The girls had to call the main boss and she came back and had to icing 30 cupcakes for us, which was quick. I’m glad they had cupcakes on hand, otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done. The cupcakes were good , could have lived without the problem.

Disappointed in how the cupcakes were packaged. The packaging was flimsy , when we lifted them up to place in the cart the packaging gave away in the middle causing 5 of the custom ordered cupcakes to shift forward , the frosting and decorations on these were ruined and couldn’t be used. The bakery was closed when I picked up and they couldn’t be redone.

The cupcakes looked beautiful and they tasted very good. But there was so much food coloring in the icing of these cupcakes that everybody pooped neon blue that’s after one cupcake. My granddaughter had neon blue poop stained her butt cheeks and the crack of her butt! it stained our hands it stained our faces and every child that was at that party there parents called and wanted to know what in the world did they eat? I feel like there should’ve been a warning on the website when you’re ordering/picking out the icing for the cupcakes. The blue food coloring took days for it to get off your hands after scrubbing them. we had a family that was getting our family pictures taken the next day and the mother had to brush the boys teeth, six times each to get the blue food coloring off of their teeth

Placed my order online. Very easy. Picked up in store. They was ready for the time I put down. We enjoyed these cupcakes and not to say the icing was A1. These cupcakes stayed in my home at least a week fresh until we finished everyone. And can’t forget a reasonable price!

I was extremely disappointed in the looks of the cupcakes. I ordered these for a Veteran's Day dinner dance. The cupcakes were supposed to have red, white and blue sprinkles on them. Most of the cupcakes had one or two sprinkles on the frosting. It was not at all what I was expecting. The cupcakes were for dessert at the end of dinner. Not at all impressed by the lack of thought that went into the preparation of these cupcakes. Won't order them ever again!!!!

These cupcakes are always delicious. This was my first custom order, but selecting what I wanted on the app was easy. The colors were not quite what I’d chosen. I chose a blue and teal and they came out two shades of green, which still worked great for my party. Everything was great though and bakery staff was prompt with the pickup.

The cupcakes I ordered for a dinner were delicious. I ordered them from the custom cake website. Would be better if you could review your purchase on that website--I had to make a few changes along the ordering process, and wasn't sure what I was going to get.

I purchased 90 decorated cup cakes for our local Lions Club party. We are a new club so this party was very important to us as we were connecting with existing Lions Clubs. We received many compliments on our cup cakes. They were a hit with their appearance, taste and freshness. Thank you!

I love love Love Sams Bakery products ...BUT since they have changed policy and can only order online Its frustrating being happy with my finished product the colors aren't usually what I like I can't explain what details as a customer wish in person ordering was STILL available
