The cupcakes are delicious and a very good value. I added white tulip cupcake liners to each one and some gold and white sprinkles. They turned out beautiful and nobody knew they only cost about 55 cents each. Will definitely purchase again for my next event.

Sam's has ALWAYS had great cupcakes! Fresh! Soft! Delicious! The new ordering system threw me off a bit, but, I made it ok. Upon picking up the cupcakes there wasn't enough of the gold dust. The employee asked if I were ok and I said no. She happily added more and made sure I was satisfied.

Appreciated that I could order in advance and specify flavor of cake and frosting. Cupcakes were available at requested pick up date/time. Recommendation: confirmation of exactly what was ordered, when submitted on-line went. I had to make an additional in person visit to store to confirm. See photo: I was able to do my own decorating easily. Great price!

purchased these cupcakes instead of a large sheet cake for my son's first birthday. These were hit! Usually, our older family members pass on cake because it's generally too sweet/too much frosting. But these were the perfect size. Some relatives even thought I baked them myself, but when I told them I bought them, they were so shocked! I will definitely be purchasing these again in the future for our parties

Following a last minute “cake emergency” for my Granddaughters birthday, we took a chance on the Sam’s Club cupcakes. They were adorable & delicious! And we were able to choose special icing colors, flavors and sprinkles to make them special for her. If you need a cake or cupcakes, you HAVE to try them out:)

Although they had many great themes and decor, I went with plain cupcakes to add my own decorations. Perfect price and time saving purchase. I picked up my plain white frosted cupcakes a bit earlier then my pickup time and was grateful all was ready. My only disappointment with the whole experience is that custom is not really custom. It is limited on the selections. Lastly, the bakery staff was not as helpful as I was hoping for...Rudly I was told everything is done online and directed to the QR code. For people that don't do things online ordering cakes could be a big challenge.

We got these cupcakes for an event with friends, and they were great! We got the mix of vanilla and chocolate cupcakes and frosting, so everyone could get their perfect combination. They loved it! The cupcakes weren't tooth achingly sweet like most and the whipped topping was light. The frosting tasted like it had too much of whatever they use as a stabilizer, but it did hold up well at room temperature. Also a bonus, they came well packaged in a large, clear, plastic container. The lid was tall enough that we were able to pre-decorate the cupcakes with decorative toothpicks since we didn't opt for any sprinkles. There was about 2" of clearance from the frosting to the lid.

Disappointed. I ordered the Valentine’s cup cakes from Sam’s club, specifically because they had valentines themed details. The site would only let me order two days ahead of time. I didn’t get an email or communication that they were out of decorations, the colored sprinkles and correct color frosting. I received pink and white cup cakes with white sprinkles. Had I known before hand I could have purchased decorations for them. The elementary classes that these were for, didn’t mind. However, I had a plan and could have adjusted had I received communication about my order. OR had they not let me order due to being out of stock.

I ordered cupcakes for pick up at a specific time on a specific day yet there is no one in the bakery when I go to pick them up? I have to trudge all over the store (with a sprained ankle) trying ti find someone to help me. Girl in meat department refused to do anything, three girls by the registered doing nothing but talking, I had to rudely interrupt their conversation for them to even acknowledge me, STILL did nothing. An entire store of incredibly self centered, thoughtless, rude “workers” that have no concept of customer service. Store manager should be seriously ashamed of himself. Disgusted.

Poor way to contain cupcakes. As soon as I made it to my house and picked up the cupcakes out of the car, the ENTIRE bottom fell out. The container that you're using is not efficient at all. Called the store to speak with the manager, left a message with someone and still haven't received a call back. Waste of money on two orders of cupcakes for my sons birthday party which was absolutely ruined.
