The cupcakes are delicious and a very good value. I added white tulip cupcake liners to each one and some gold and white sprinkles. They turned out beautiful and nobody knew they only cost about 55 cents each. Will definitely purchase again for my next event.

Appreciated that I could order in advance and specify flavor of cake and frosting. Cupcakes were available at requested pick up date/time. Recommendation: confirmation of exactly what was ordered, when submitted on-line went. I had to make an additional in person visit to store to confirm. See photo: I was able to do my own decorating easily. Great price!

I purchased the Shimmering Elegance cupcakes for my Mother's 80th birthday party and they were amazingly delicious! The guests gave a high rating for the cupcakes and the cake that were ordered and purchased at the Snellville, Georgia location...they never fail me. I am a satisfied customer who travels a good distance from the store because this Sams Club has the best tasting cupcakes that I have tasted by far. I will continue to make this location my store in the app as well as in-person purchases. Thank you for making the best cupcakes and making my experience a great one!

We loved the cupcakes. Sam’s makes the best cupcakes. The didn’t even last 24 hours. I am not a huge fan of cakes of any kind but I really liked the cupcakes from Sam’s club. I will be ordering cupcakes for my next event/special occasion.

We purchased 90 pink and white vanilla cupcakes for baby shower. Placed order online 2 weeks prior. Easy peasy! Everyone wanted to know who made the best tasting cupcakes! So surprised to find out it was Sam’s!

My daughter got a wedding cake from Sam's Club, and also chose to get cupcakes as well to make sure she had enough dessert for the guests. The cupcakes tasted really good and were a hit, especially with the kids. They are so easy to serve. She was able to customize them to match the cake.

We got these cupcakes for an event with friends, and they were great! We got the mix of vanilla and chocolate cupcakes and frosting, so everyone could get their perfect combination. They loved it! The cupcakes weren't tooth achingly sweet like most and the whipped topping was light. The frosting tasted like it had too much of whatever they use as a stabilizer, but it did hold up well at room temperature. Also a bonus, they came well packaged in a large, clear, plastic container. The lid was tall enough that we were able to pre-decorate the cupcakes with decorative toothpicks since we didn't opt for any sprinkles. There was about 2" of clearance from the frosting to the lid.

I ordered cupcakes numerous times. Even bragged about the quality of the baking done. But not so much now. What used to be easy is now tedious and complicated. First, finding where to place the order was not clear -- who knew the system made a SKU number difference between standard cupcakes and custom cupcakes. Each time I searched the site for cupcakes, it only showed the standard cupcakes. I had to call Sams corporate office to know that there was a difference and to get the custom cupcake SKU number. Once in the right item, still what I wanted was not clear. I wanted chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with three different color icings for party presentation. You are now limited to two colors. Even determining the color choices isn't clear. The choice of toppings or fun adds are also limited, if available at all. Once the order was finally placed, I was not confident that it would be done as I wanted. I still had to call in to check that it would be made as I had planned. Worse, the option to order in store is not available. When in store, many of the baking staff on site don't speak the clearest English and many don't understand English beyond basic English -- not quite at conversational level. Getting my order was aggravating as staff didn't understand what I was getting. Thankfully, a baking staff member that had worked with me before was there and helped me to retrieve my ALREADY PAID FOR order. What I could pick up in short order, now takes concerted effort. Will I order again? Maybe, but with caution and diminished confidence.

I ordered cupcakes for pick up at a specific time on a specific day yet there is no one in the bakery when I go to pick them up? I have to trudge all over the store (with a sprained ankle) trying ti find someone to help me. Girl in meat department refused to do anything, three girls by the registered doing nothing but talking, I had to rudely interrupt their conversation for them to even acknowledge me, STILL did nothing. An entire store of incredibly self centered, thoughtless, rude “workers” that have no concept of customer service. Store manager should be seriously ashamed of himself. Disgusted.

Bought 60 cupcakes for baby shower. Pick them up and the colors were Not like when ordering. They did not match our theme at all. Very disappointed, did not have time to go get somewhere else. Will not buy again. They said that’s what we chose when online ordering so there was nothing they could do. The colors they show are not the ones at the store.
