I ordered cupcakes numerous times. Even bragged about the quality of the baking done. But not so much now. What used to be easy is now tedious and complicated. First, finding where to place the order was not clear -- who knew the system made a SKU number difference between standard cupcakes and custom cupcakes. Each time I searched the site for cupcakes, it only showed the standard cupcakes. I had to call Sams corporate office to know that there was a difference and to get the custom cupcake SKU number. Once in the right item, still what I wanted was not clear. I wanted chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with three different color icings for party presentation. You are now limited to two colors. Even determining the color choices isn't clear. The choice of toppings or fun adds are also limited, if available at all. Once the order was finally placed, I was not confident that it would be done as I wanted. I still had to call in to check that it would be made as I had planned. Worse, the option to order in store is not available. When in store, many of the baking staff on site don't speak the clearest English and many don't understand English beyond basic English -- not quite at conversational level. Getting my order was aggravating as staff didn't understand what I was getting. Thankfully, a baking staff member that had worked with me before was there and helped me to retrieve my ALREADY PAID FOR order. What I could pick up in short order, now takes concerted effort. Will I order again? Maybe, but with caution and diminished confidence.

Taste was awful. We have ordered so many times and had great luck, but I don't know what has happened to the quality. The order was also wrong when I arrived and I was never notified. I selected blue and white and showed up to all white cupcakes. The worker simply told me 'we don't have royal blue' and that was it. I showed her on the app I could still click that as an option and she said 'well we don't have it'. I asked her why I was never called if my order couldn't be made like requested and she had no answer. Had to wait another 15 minutes for a version of blue. Already off to a bad start and then having them taste off was awful. I hate that because it's such a good deal but the pickup process was a nightmare as I was talked down to for selecting an option on the website and the taste was horrible

After pricing cupcakes for an upcoming family celebration I decided to order from Sam's. Great decision! I chose a mix of chocolate and vanilla cakes with white buttercream icing. Sam's offered customization, so I asked for gold sprinkles. After picking up we placed in decorative paper cups and added cute toppers. Voilà! So perfect …. cute, delicious and an excellent value!!! I highly recommend. The photo was taken after the party is a small sampling of the cute cupcakes.

Can’t beat the price for that quantity of cupcakes. I got the color that I needed and they were delicious!!!

These were for a baby shower. The frosting was a perfect color and the entire cupcakes were delicious!

Cupcakes seemed to be a rush job. The was barely any icing on them. They were for my sister’s baby shower. There was a hair found in one of them.

The cupcakes where a hit at my event. Everyone loved how cute the peony pink and gold glitter on the cupcakes. They were very moist and the taste was great. Will be ordering again. Thank you l.

I ordered online and received what I was wanting. The cupcakes were moist and the colors I chose were nice and vibrant and caught the attention of our guest who complimented how “pretty” the cupcakes were. The cupcakes were moist and taste good.

Cupcakes were pretty and very delicious. The price was so reasonable for 30 cupcakes Sam's club did a great job packaging them which made transportation easy.

This is the 2nd time I have bought cupcakes from Sam's. Both times they were excellent and I got a lot of comments on how fresh and good tasting they were. I bought half buttercream and half whipped icing, both were excellent.
