These cupcakes were moist and delicious. I got a mix of vanilla and chocolate cupcake with whipped cream frosting and it was so light, fluffy, and not super sweet. Definitely would purchase from again, for any event. Can't beat the price and quality.

Upon arrival for pick up the cupcakes were wrong. Not just the color but also the flavor. We requested half chocolates and half vanilla asked half red and half yellow. We received all vanilla all red. They had the remake the cupcakes. This is not the first time this online ordering process has been wrong during pick up.

Love these so much frosting was perfect just like whipped cream so I was able to top each cupcake with fresh cut strawberries to make strawberry shortcake desserts for our family gathering everyone loved them much better than the traditional shortcakes. This is a winner and I will purchase again. Highly recommend these cupcakes they were moist and delicious

Sams's has taken away the ability to customize cakes and cupcakes. This is very disappointing as we have been ordering custom cakes and cupcakes for over 20 years. Everything still tastes great, but we will have to start purchasing elsewhere due to not being able to fully customize.

The cakes were good. However, the option for the graduation toppers I wanted did not appear online. I also wanted to change my icing from buttercream to whipped as I found after ordering and paying for the item that some guests preferred whipped icing. I called the corporate office who suggested I call the local store who would be able to make the changes. The local store customer service was lacking. They suggested I call corporate and cancel the order and then reorder which seemed odd to me. It seemed easier to just make a note in the system with my order to change the icing and add graduation picks. I was told I had to accept what was offered online. I requested to speak with the lead baker/supervisor. The employees were not willing to assist and were hesitant to connect me with her even. I finally was connected with her and she happily fulfill my request. She was friendly. I give it a 3 rating due to the lack of availability of what I needed online as well as rude service from the other bakery workers who were not willing to assist. The lead baker however was great and was able to add the graduation picks I desired to the cupcakes as well as change the recipe icing to whipped.

I was not happy that i was charged for the plain cupcakes i never picked up.I called i to tell bakery I had an emergency and couldn't pickup since I live in LA and I was still charged. I called customer service and they said I had to drive to Moreno valley to get refund. When I called bakery they were no help at all.

We have been buying Sams cakes and cupcakes for 25 years. We love their frosting and the cake is always good. However, when ordering online, you may not get what you think you’re getting when it comes to color. My daughter was very disappointed when we picked up the cupcakes and the were a coral and lime green instead of the pale pink and green we had ordered for my granddaughter’s first birthday. They would not fix them and we were stuck with the wrong color for our carefully planned out special event.

The online platform allowed us to order these online for pickup a few days out. The day of the scheduled pickup the order was cancelled--no explanation no substitution. I went out to the store to see if it was a mistake, and the person working in the bakery said they don't take orders for any type of cake or cupcake anymore, it is first come first serve from the case. We were left without cupcakes the day of our event--a schoolwide Halloween party, no less.

Easy process to order, however limited options with no area to request special instructions. I wanted ask for holiday themed cupcakes, however do to lack of areas to request I had to add additional decorations once I received the cupcakes with more red and green holiday sprinkles.

I absolutely love how easy it is to order your cupcakes online. I was able to get them the exact way I wanted!! Pickup was quick and easy as well. Of course they were a hit. Everyone complimented how great they looked and tasted!!! I loved that they were so affordable!!!
