Not happy with the online order process. It does not give you a description of your order if it’s a special order. Some are allowed to order in store when others can’t. I order from Sam’s all the time they are my cake/cupcake go to. My last bad experience was graduation time. Placed and order for cupcakes five days in advance online and my order was not ready when I arrived at the designated time. I waited in the store two hours before receiving my items. I was told they had received too many online and in store orders.

Ordered custom cupcakes for my daughters birthday. The day come they didn’t have order but gave me plain ones that didn’t match the theme. I was told to call the following day for a refund, I called for days but no one would answer the phone. Super disappointing!

No one would take the order in the store. Insisted I had to order online. So I did. But the toppers were not listed online. When I went to the store to pick up the cupcakes, I asked to buy the toppers. The person said no you can’t, they have to be bought online. It was like a bad SNL skit.

The cupcakes were delicious and a great price. My only complaint is your ordering system. It has to be ordered online and not in store. When you do, you don’t get a receipt with confirmation until next day. That was stressful as I called the store to see if my order went thru, and they said they don’t get until next day. If my order hadn’t gone thru, I wouldn’t be able to get them because of limited times for day and time I was needing them for. That’s messed up. Store said they deal with this all the time. Why not fix this glitche so the buyer is not panicked and store isn’t left dealing with frustrated customers. That’s why I gave three instead of five stars. At best go back to taking cupcake orders at store in person as well.

The cupcakes were delicious. However, the order was not correct when we picked it up. We ordered half chocolate and half vanilla cupcakes and got all chocolate. Bakery staff was gone by pickup time but the manager went above and beyond to get us vanilla cupcakes and frost them perfectly at closing time in time for the wedding. Her customer service was excellent in a stressful situation.

I really didn't care for their online ordering because you can't make any special requests or changes to your order like you were able to in the past. From the choices I was given, which are limited, the cupcakes were made exactly as ordered. Be aware that if you order anything with the red buttercream, they add so much coloring to the red that it seeps into the cupcake itself. I probably won't order that color again.

Well, talk about a cupcake catastrophe! I mean, who knew that those cute little treats could cause such chaos? It sounds like a comedy of errors with the dark green icing almost melting and the light green ones staying strong. And then the grand finale of the bottom tray giving out just as I was about to showcase your the delectable creations to the party guests - what a hilarious disaster! But hey, now I've learned a valuable lesson about the importance of sturdy trays. Who knew that those cupcakes were playing a sneaky game of hide-and-seek on separate trays? Definitely good to know for next time! You can imagine the look of shock and disappointment on this mom's face as her daughters first birthday cupcakes spattered across the floor. Well, at least now We have got a funny party story to tell, right? And who knows, maybe the mishap made the party even more memorable! As it wasn't funny at the time but now I can laugh about it.

I purchased these for my daughter's baby shower and they were perfect! I picked them up the day before and kept them in the fridge until we were decorating for the shower. The frosting wasn't too sweet and the cake was really moist. I highly recommend these as an easy treat for your next event!

Cupcakes are good and always enjoyed by everyone.There is a generous amount of frosting so be careful if you pick a "darker" shade especially if they are for kids. Custom orders are easy to do online, just give yourself a few days lead time (mine was about 4 days).

There is no option for the whipped topping frosting to have any form of color which I find kind of odd. no originality or form of selling or upgrades to the cupcakes when you’re doing a custom order. That would be not only a monetary way for the bakery to increase cross sales on custom orders and also allow customers to truly have exactly what they’re looking for. Further more this is the THIRD order in a row I’ve purchased cupcakes from Sam’s club that has been incorrect. This time my order I had placed well enough in advance was mysteriously “missing”. I was greatf that the employee was able to whip up the order however… it looked exactly like that, a messy quickly done entire order of birthday cupcakes. I was just grateful to have them
