Order 180 cupcakes for wedding. They were perfect. 1/2 white and 1/2 choc - all with white frosting, all sprinkled with a bit of clear crystal sugar sprinkles. Not overly decorated, simple, and tasted great. This was an outdoor July wedding and we put them out while guest ate dinner, they held up well for in heat (in shade). The price was fantastic and beat the high price of custom cupcakes from other bakeries. We wanted simple, elegant and we displayed on tiered plates. We decided to splurge on other things at the wedding instead of cupcakes that not everyone eats.

I recently ordered 90 cupcakes for a graduation party from Sam's bakery and was helped by an employee. She gave me her full attention and assisted by answering my questions regarding placing the custom order on my phone for pick-up later that week. Wanted to say thank you for your help! It was a pleasant learning experience and the cupcakes were great too!

Always check the cupcakes before you leave. I’ve ordered these a few times and they were always great but the last time I got them for my sons birthday party the were dry and stale and you could tell that they had had a different frosting on them before that was scraped off and they were redecorated. So I got old cupcakes that should have been tossed and instead they redressed them and sold them to me :(

Could not get help no employees were in there and finally got someone and they couldn’t find my order , she was kinda frustrated but she kept questioning me about my order which was done on line .finally found them and didn’t get any apologies or thank you or anything

Cupcakes were thrown away because we did not pick them up at the exact time we had it scheduled. Extremely disappointed no one bothered to even call. We never received a refund and were charged for cupcakes being thrown out. Make sure you’re not late to pick up the cupcakes or your kid might not get them for their 1st birthday either.

We ordered 60 cupcakes and customized them a little for a baby shower. The cupcakes looked perfect and tasted so good. You can't beat the price. Was really happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Sam's club bakery for your special events.

I loved being able to order online—the convenience alone was enough, but when you are also able to both choose from various options and customize selections—that makes it so easy and hassle free! Plus the cupcakes turned out exactly as I wanted and they were delicious!

Tasted great. But my "custom" order was much less attractive than some of the already made ones at the front entrance. Some only had one or two sprinkles on them like they threw a handful at them from afar. Not much effort to make them look pretty in that aspect.

I call to confirm my order the morning of the event and was told that my order would be ready. They gave me the wrong flavor cupcakes and told me that they had run out of vanilla cake mix and all they had was chocolate. I was told by the manager that I could get my money back, I had no choice but to accept them as it was the day of the event. Absolutely no one ate the cupcakes and I still have them on my counter. Very disappointed. My order was prepaid and confirmed. I won’t be ordering anything from Sam’s in Southaven MS again.

Perfect! I ordered custom cupcakes for my twins' birthday party, the kids chose half vanilla, half chocolate, and then half orange frosting and half black frosting. The cupcakes were perfect, moist and fresh, and the frosting looked great. They were a hit with everyone.
