We ordered 15 chocolate and 15 yellow and got all yellow. Requested sugar topping and did not get that either. The confirmation did not state what I ordered. I tried to call the store and nobody answered.

I placed my cupcake order for the wrong date, however the wonderful ladies in the bakery were still able to accommodate me with a smile! That’s top tier customer service!

This is the first time I’ve ordered custom cupcakes from Sam’s Club, and it was a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cupcakes were ready earlier than expected, and they tasted and looked amazing! My 11-year-old daughter loved them!

The cupcakes were for a baby reveal which we topped them. But they were so fresh and the icing was on point. I will be purchasing from Sam’s again for all my party needs. Yummy

This is my go to for cupcakes. Always fresh and delicious. My only problem is the lid does not stay on really well. Please consider a better design for the container for transporting them.

Cupcakes are always delicious, but they were supposed to be half vanilla and half chocolate. They were all vanilla. I was running late so I had to take as is. Disappointed for sure.

I ordered custom cupcakes, chocolate & white with whipped white frosting, for our daughter's grad party. I received many compliments on the flavor and how moist they were. The whipped frosting is the key! I'll definitely order these again!

For the money savings and time savings, you can't beat these cupcakes. People are still raving how good they were and ask where we purchased them. This is the way to go for a big gathering.
