Love these so much frosting was perfect just like whipped cream so I was able to top each cupcake with fresh cut strawberries to make strawberry shortcake desserts for our family gathering everyone loved them much better than the traditional shortcakes. This is a winner and I will purchase again. Highly recommend these cupcakes they were moist and delicious

Simply put we love Sam's Cupcakes... so 5 stars for the product but I deducted two, because it seemed as if someone rushed to ice them, some of the icing was off center and pick up was not the best. No way to indicate I'd arrived to pick up my purchase, come find out all the bakery employees were gone for the day. It took me 15 minutes to get assistance and it was from a young lady i found in the Deli Dept. This is the 1st time I've had any issues, so i will most like purchase them again. Simply based on the over all quality of Sam's Bakery Products.

The online platform allowed us to order these online for pickup a few days out. The day of the scheduled pickup the order was cancelled--no explanation no substitution. I went out to the store to see if it was a mistake, and the person working in the bakery said they don't take orders for any type of cake or cupcake anymore, it is first come first serve from the case. We were left without cupcakes the day of our event--a schoolwide Halloween party, no less.

Delicious and cost effective. I would not go with the big sugar crystals again because I don’t like the texture. The kids loved them! I got half chocolate and half vanilla. You can pick one or two colors of icing and have options for sprinkles, etc. Great job, Sam’s!

These were purchased for a large graduation party. We chose the colors of the attending college with gold flake. They looked great and tasted even better!! The frosting was excellent!! My husband dislikes store frosting and this was nothing like commercial frosting. It was fluffy, light, and not horribly sweet. They were a hit and the price was very reasonabl.

The cupcakes tasted fine, but I did not receive what I ordered. My order for the icing was 1/2 buttercream and the other 1/2 whipped icing. What I received was all buttercream icing. Beware when you pick up your order and check before leaving the store.

Very dissappointed in the taste, texture and look of cupcakes. I had put in an advnace order for them to call me and say that they could not make my cake but still could do the cupckaes. They looked awful I had to go spend more $ to dress them and make them look better

Ordered for my son’s sixth birthday, first time ordering cupcakes from Sams. Honestly amazing cupcakes. They were dense and most. The buttercream was not overwhelming, which is great because I prefer whipped topping. The green frosting did not stain like some colored frostings do. They were a smash hit, and will definitely be ordering cupcakes from Sam’s again!

Tasted great. But my "custom" order was much less attractive than some of the already made ones at the front entrance. Some only had one or two sprinkles on them like they threw a handful at them from afar. Not much effort to make them look pretty in that aspect.

Easy process to order, however limited options with no area to request special instructions. I wanted ask for holiday themed cupcakes, however do to lack of areas to request I had to add additional decorations once I received the cupcakes with more red and green holiday sprinkles.
