Cupcake was very good. Nice flavor for both the chocolate and vanilla. The frosting was a little too sweet and too much of it. There was as much frosting as cake. Could use a little higher cupcake and less frosting. Almost every plate that I threw away had icing that my guests had scraped off to be thrown away. I would suggest changing the cake to icing ratio so more cake and less icing.

Well, talk about a cupcake catastrophe! I mean, who knew that those cute little treats could cause such chaos? It sounds like a comedy of errors with the dark green icing almost melting and the light green ones staying strong. And then the grand finale of the bottom tray giving out just as I was about to showcase your the delectable creations to the party guests - what a hilarious disaster! But hey, now I've learned a valuable lesson about the importance of sturdy trays. Who knew that those cupcakes were playing a sneaky game of hide-and-seek on separate trays? Definitely good to know for next time! You can imagine the look of shock and disappointment on this mom's face as her daughters first birthday cupcakes spattered across the floor. Well, at least now We have got a funny party story to tell, right? And who knows, maybe the mishap made the party even more memorable! As it wasn't funny at the time but now I can laugh about it.

Cupcakes were thrown away because we did not pick them up at the exact time we had it scheduled. Extremely disappointed no one bothered to even call. We never received a refund and were charged for cupcakes being thrown out. Make sure you’re not late to pick up the cupcakes or your kid might not get them for their 1st birthday either.

Sams's has taken away the ability to customize cakes and cupcakes. This is very disappointing as we have been ordering custom cakes and cupcakes for over 20 years. Everything still tastes great, but we will have to start purchasing elsewhere due to not being able to fully customize.

No one would take the order in the store. Insisted I had to order online. So I did. But the toppers were not listed online. When I went to the store to pick up the cupcakes, I asked to buy the toppers. The person said no you can’t, they have to be bought online. It was like a bad SNL skit.

We find that Sam's Club cupcakes are probably the best cupcakes we can buy for our medium to large gatherings. We have been buying them for years and have noticed that they too have become a victim of shrinkflation as they used to be bigger in size. In addition, we would love to be able to purchase a complete tray of vanilla with white icing like we used to. Nevertheless, they are still our go to for cupcakes.

Got these for my boys double birthday party and they were a hit! I did one order of the chocolate and vanilla with the whipped frosting to match and one order with the colored frosting option and they were all delicious, beautifully made and I had some left over for me to snack on all week!

There is no option for the whipped topping frosting to have any form of color which I find kind of odd. no originality or form of selling or upgrades to the cupcakes when you’re doing a custom order. That would be not only a monetary way for the bakery to increase cross sales on custom orders and also allow customers to truly have exactly what they’re looking for. Further more this is the THIRD order in a row I’ve purchased cupcakes from Sam’s club that has been incorrect. This time my order I had placed well enough in advance was mysteriously “missing”. I was greatf that the employee was able to whip up the order however… it looked exactly like that, a messy quickly done entire order of birthday cupcakes. I was just grateful to have them

Simply put we love Sam's Cupcakes... so 5 stars for the product but I deducted two, because it seemed as if someone rushed to ice them, some of the icing was off center and pick up was not the best. No way to indicate I'd arrived to pick up my purchase, come find out all the bakery employees were gone for the day. It took me 15 minutes to get assistance and it was from a young lady i found in the Deli Dept. This is the 1st time I've had any issues, so i will most like purchase them again. Simply based on the over all quality of Sam's Bakery Products.

Very disappointed this time. When I got there to pickup cupcakes they were done in purple icing when I ordered 2 different blue icings it took them 10 minutes just to look up the order to find out they was in the wrong. Then I had to wait another 30-40 minutes until someone put the right colors on. You would have thought they might have given a discount but didn’t offer anything
