If I had not seen cookies dropped on the floor picked up and packaged to be sold the cupcakes would have likely gotten a good review. Then the manager ignored me when I reported the matter... indicating to me this dirty and filthy practice is common at this store so I reported this store to the health department. But they got issues too asking me well did they have on gloves as if that makes it any better. DISGUSTING

Cupcakes are good and price is great; however, the app was a pain to use. I wanted exactly what the picture and description said. But I could not add it to the cart without going through a bunch of extra steps to customize an order that didn’t need customization! Many thanks to the bakery lady in Williamstown club who explained how to scroll through custom cakes to get the order into my cart. Next time I’ll buy whatever the bakery has out on the shelf.

I did the online order it went to NJ i live in Dover I search dover Sams didn't see drop down when placed went to dover they helped me anyway and customer service said NJ had placed a refund since I didn't pick up but I still have not received my credit refund I've called dover NJ and customer ser number 10 times still no money back paid twice for cupcakes only received once.

Sams Club is my go to for cakes and cupcakes. We ordered the cupcakes for my daughters sweet 16 and not only did they taste great but they looked great as well. Our party theme as Princess Tiana so I needed the right green and yellow to coordinate with our decor. I went into the store and the bakery allowed me to look at the different colors to match our look. They were very helpful and accommodating.
