Great tasting cupcakes fresh and soft. The frosting was shaped and tasted good,too. The only down side is i thought the colors were a bit off, like the teal was really dark and not very teal. Also they added so very few sprinkles it was silly. I mean those things are cheap. I had to add a lot more. I did not give them a chance to fix this as i was picking up for a party. They may have done somethime,or not.. However, they tasted great and the price cant be beat. Id do it again but look at the actual frosting samples.

I really didn't care for their online ordering because you can't make any special requests or changes to your order like you were able to in the past. From the choices I was given, which are limited, the cupcakes were made exactly as ordered. Be aware that if you order anything with the red buttercream, they add so much coloring to the red that it seeps into the cupcake itself. I probably won't order that color again.

I feel like Sam's has limited their options on so many custom items. The designs and even picks to choose from are limited. Sprinkle options and all. I don't understand why I can only have gold powder dust on white cupcakes and not any of the colored icing options!!!

There is no option for the whipped topping frosting to have any form of color which I find kind of odd. no originality or form of selling or upgrades to the cupcakes when you’re doing a custom order. That would be not only a monetary way for the bakery to increase cross sales on custom orders and also allow customers to truly have exactly what they’re looking for. Further more this is the THIRD order in a row I’ve purchased cupcakes from Sam’s club that has been incorrect. This time my order I had placed well enough in advance was mysteriously “missing”. I was greatf that the employee was able to whip up the order however… it looked exactly like that, a messy quickly done entire order of birthday cupcakes. I was just grateful to have them

We ordered 60 cupcakes and customized them a little for a baby shower. The cupcakes looked perfect and tasted so good. You can't beat the price. Was really happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Sam's club bakery for your special events.

I don’t know why Sam Club made it so difficult to order cakes or cupcakes now. Now you only have the option of 2 colors of icing for the 30 cupcakes. Please go back to the way things were. I don’t foresee myself ordering any more cakes or cupcakes because my options are very limited now.

Perfect! I ordered custom cupcakes for my twins' birthday party, the kids chose half vanilla, half chocolate, and then half orange frosting and half black frosting. The cupcakes were perfect, moist and fresh, and the frosting looked great. They were a hit with everyone.

Cupcakes are good and price is great; however, the app was a pain to use. I wanted exactly what the picture and description said. But I could not add it to the cart without going through a bunch of extra steps to customize an order that didn’t need customization! Many thanks to the bakery lady in Williamstown club who explained how to scroll through custom cakes to get the order into my cart. Next time I’ll buy whatever the bakery has out on the shelf.

Sam’s club decides to cancel my bakery order 1 day before the baby shower. Notifying me at 8:58 pm. If they were not going to be up and running the bakery they should not have allowed me to place a custom order. Not a happy customer at the moment not sure what they expect there customers to do when we were counting on Sam’s to come thru for our bakery needs

I had ordered chocolate cupcakes with white butter cream icing. That is not what I got. I got vanilla with white icing. Going back over my order, it does not show the choices that I made. How can you not verify you’ve ordered the correct choices if it’s not listed in the custom area of the receipt??!! I know I ordered chocolate but what I got was vanilla. Not happy.
