I wasn’t happy with not being able to place the order in store . Customer service is rude picked up my order 15 minutes early and was told what time is it now. Orders should be ready at least an hour before hand. I am not sure if I will order anything again.

There is no option for the whipped topping frosting to have any form of color which I find kind of odd. no originality or form of selling or upgrades to the cupcakes when you’re doing a custom order. That would be not only a monetary way for the bakery to increase cross sales on custom orders and also allow customers to truly have exactly what they’re looking for. Further more this is the THIRD order in a row I’ve purchased cupcakes from Sam’s club that has been incorrect. This time my order I had placed well enough in advance was mysteriously “missing”. I was greatf that the employee was able to whip up the order however… it looked exactly like that, a messy quickly done entire order of birthday cupcakes. I was just grateful to have them

These custom cupcakes were a hit! The flavor was rich and fresh, the quality was top-notch, and the designs looked amazing. You can really tell care went into making them. For the price, it’s hard to beat this combo of taste, presentation, and value. Highly recommend!

Ordered custom cupcakes for my daughters birthday. The day come they didn’t have order but gave me plain ones that didn’t match the theme. I was told to call the following day for a refund, I called for days but no one would answer the phone. Super disappointing!

Could not get help no employees were in there and finally got someone and they couldn’t find my order , she was kinda frustrated but she kept questioning me about my order which was done on line .finally found them and didn’t get any apologies or thank you or anything

Love these so much frosting was perfect just like whipped cream so I was able to top each cupcake with fresh cut strawberries to make strawberry shortcake desserts for our family gathering everyone loved them much better than the traditional shortcakes. This is a winner and I will purchase again. Highly recommend these cupcakes they were moist and delicious

The cupcakes were ready on time and decorated nicely. The only thing I would recommend you change in the online process is to allow the customer to view the details of the bakery order in the summary or right before taking the payment. In all other online orders I’ve made, the companies allows the customer to review the order details before payment is made. in this case I ordered 3 different types of cupcakes and when I was ready to pay I was not given the option to expand the order to review the details of my order (cupcake type, frosting type, toppings) to confirm it was correct. By allowing the customer to review the order you provide the opportunity for them to make changes or corrections before paying, in case there was a mistake in the order.

Upon arrival for pick up the cupcakes were wrong. Not just the color but also the flavor. We requested half chocolates and half vanilla asked half red and half yellow. We received all vanilla all red. They had the remake the cupcakes. This is not the first time this online ordering process has been wrong during pick up.

Great tasting cupcakes fresh and soft. The frosting was shaped and tasted good,too. The only down side is i thought the colors were a bit off, like the teal was really dark and not very teal. Also they added so very few sprinkles it was silly. I mean those things are cheap. I had to add a lot more. I did not give them a chance to fix this as i was picking up for a party. They may have done somethime,or not.. However, they tasted great and the price cant be beat. Id do it again but look at the actual frosting samples.

Cupcakes are good and price is great; however, the app was a pain to use. I wanted exactly what the picture and description said. But I could not add it to the cart without going through a bunch of extra steps to customize an order that didn’t need customization! Many thanks to the bakery lady in Williamstown club who explained how to scroll through custom cakes to get the order into my cart. Next time I’ll buy whatever the bakery has out on the shelf.
