Exactly what I ordered and I even had to place a phone call to get some help before I placed the order online. The associate was wonderful! Keep up the great teamwork! It is very evident y’all work as a team, it makes a difference!y’all work And it’s not just that instance other instances of needing service. Oh, I forgot to mention how delicious the cake and cupcakes were!

I did the online order it went to NJ i live in Dover I search dover Sams didn't see drop down when placed went to dover they helped me anyway and customer service said NJ had placed a refund since I didn't pick up but I still have not received my credit refund I've called dover NJ and customer ser number 10 times still no money back paid twice for cupcakes only received once.

Your cupcakes are the best. Taste so wonderful. The issue I had was that I went into the store and was not allowed to order. I was told I had to order online. It was a difficult process and I do not like to online shop. The pickup time was not working with my party so I had to pickup the night before. Arrived and no worker in the area. After I found someone she could not find my order for a while. That made me have anxiety. I had a Bridal Shower the next day. Finally found them so it worked out. A lot of people asked where they were made and everyone thought they were fantastic.

The vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with whipped icing are so yummy and affordable! It is wonderful that Sam's Club offers custom cupcakes at such an affordable price, especially in the current economy. We had a mixture of chocolate and vanilla with a mixture of icing and gold sprinkles. They were very pretty and professionally prepared.

I ordered cupcakes half yellow frosting with glitter and chocolate frosting with glitter. They were so gorgeous for my girls joint party, the guests complimented them and asked where I ordered them from. They were delicious, perfectly made and everyone loved them.

These cupcakes are so delicious! Everyone raved about how good they were! The price is wonderful too! My only complaint is that the purple frosting I ordered was a really dark color that looked almost navy blue. I was hoping for a light purple or royal purple.

I ordered the half and half wirh chocolate and vanilla whipped frosting and no sprinkles. They were delish! My favorite was the vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting. A family member liked the chocolate cupcake wirh vanilla frosting. They were super fresh, and ready at my pickup time. I would order these again!

These custom cupcakes were a hit! The flavor was rich and fresh, the quality was top-notch, and the designs looked amazing. You can really tell care went into making them. For the price, it’s hard to beat this combo of taste, presentation, and value. Highly recommend!

I don’t know why Sam Club made it so difficult to order cakes or cupcakes now. Now you only have the option of 2 colors of icing for the 30 cupcakes. Please go back to the way things were. I don’t foresee myself ordering any more cakes or cupcakes because my options are very limited now.

Ordered cupcakes with light pink icing and received coral icing. The employee was very willing to make it right and offered to remake the cupcakes but would take a couple hours. Came back a few hours, picked up the light pink cupcakes and put them in the fridge for the shower the next day. When I pulled them out of fridge to display them, they had coral icing all under the pink icing. The employee had literally wiped what coral icing she couldnoff of the cupcake and then added light pink on top. There was even coral icing on the liners. It was a mess. Unfortunately, I only noticed the light pink icing and was happy! If I didn’t live 30 minutes away and the shower wasn’t at 11am, I would have went back and complained the next day. I have ordered cupcakes multiple times here but this time was crazy! The taste and moistness was great and I can’t complain in the quality or price….Just the icing. We laughed, and enjoyed the enjoyed the shower. But I do hope that this perhaps may be a lesson to all Sam’s bakery employees…. Don’t scrap off icing and reapply! The colors will seep out and it’s impossible to cover it all!!
