Very dissappointed in the taste, texture and look of cupcakes. I had put in an advnace order for them to call me and say that they could not make my cake but still could do the cupckaes. They looked awful I had to go spend more $ to dress them and make them look better

We have been buying Sams cakes and cupcakes for 25 years. We love their frosting and the cake is always good. However, when ordering online, you may not get what you think you’re getting when it comes to color. My daughter was very disappointed when we picked up the cupcakes and the were a coral and lime green instead of the pale pink and green we had ordered for my granddaughter’s first birthday. They would not fix them and we were stuck with the wrong color for our carefully planned out special event.

Cupcakes were thrown away because we did not pick them up at the exact time we had it scheduled. Extremely disappointed no one bothered to even call. We never received a refund and were charged for cupcakes being thrown out. Make sure you’re not late to pick up the cupcakes or your kid might not get them for their 1st birthday either.

Cupcakes are good and price is great; however, the app was a pain to use. I wanted exactly what the picture and description said. But I could not add it to the cart without going through a bunch of extra steps to customize an order that didn’t need customization! Many thanks to the bakery lady in Williamstown club who explained how to scroll through custom cakes to get the order into my cart. Next time I’ll buy whatever the bakery has out on the shelf.

I ordered the half and half wirh chocolate and vanilla whipped frosting and no sprinkles. They were delish! My favorite was the vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting. A family member liked the chocolate cupcake wirh vanilla frosting. They were super fresh, and ready at my pickup time. I would order these again!

Sam's cupcakes are hard to beat. You have a decent number of topping options. They are always fresh and taste amazing! Did I mention how reasonable they are for fresh customized cupcakes??!! I've ordered these for many occasions, and everyone is always impressed by how good they are.

If I had not seen cookies dropped on the floor picked up and packaged to be sold the cupcakes would have likely gotten a good review. Then the manager ignored me when I reported the matter... indicating to me this dirty and filthy practice is common at this store so I reported this store to the health department. But they got issues too asking me well did they have on gloves as if that makes it any better. DISGUSTING

These were purchased for a large graduation party. We chose the colors of the attending college with gold flake. They looked great and tasted even better!! The frosting was excellent!! My husband dislikes store frosting and this was nothing like commercial frosting. It was fluffy, light, and not horribly sweet. They were a hit and the price was very reasonabl.

I ordered cupcakes half yellow frosting with glitter and chocolate frosting with glitter. They were so gorgeous for my girls joint party, the guests complimented them and asked where I ordered them from. They were delicious, perfectly made and everyone loved them.
